There is a list. ***OK, now due to all the reviews on here I was going to move on but the reviews are a bit outdated. I call, I'm in Welches on Mt Hood an they say they do deliver up here. Great! BUT, I had to wait a week since delivery here is once a month. Fine. Day of delivery, the driver texts an asks if I would meet 15 miles down the mountain to get my water. I'm appalled. What?! I was gonna be there anyway so I say yes. Driver tells me he delivers up there but not for a few more weeks. What??? It's today they said. He says no, sorry, here is a free bottle. He couldn't give me an exact date. I figure I will just cancel with them. I received a survey so I fill that out. Surprisingly, I get a call from Cody a supervisor I think. He wants to fix things. I'm shocked, honestly. He says they go to my town once a month on the 19th. He sent me an email with dates. Great!! I tell him my invoice says delivery is every 2 weeks. He didn't believe me but I readbit to him an he then believed. Hopefully he will have that fixed. So I tell him I will continue with them. He says give me a call if there's issues. Great!!! I'm glad he called. Nice to know there's a business out there that cares an doesn't ignore you like lots of places do. We will see how it goes. Thanks Cody & Jordan!

The young man who came out checked the pump tech and told me it was not operating because the wires were not connected, they had also installed the pump tech when they put in the new pump 8 months earlier. When they came back a week later to fix the pump the man who had installed the pump and pump tech told me he had forgot to hook up the pump tech and that is why it was not working. they installed a new pump and told me again my well had gone dry, yet I was still getting water, with the new pump i was getting the amount of water I was getting before the pump broke which if the pump tech was hooked up properly would have shut down before any problems. A month later I get a bill for 3600 dollars for the work they did I talked to Tammy at their office telling her it was a bad pump, the well had not gone dry and I shouldn't have to pay for the pump they gave back 300 dollars making the bill 3300. I talked to two different pump and well people here in town both said the same thing if my well had gone dry I would not get water it was a bad pump. I felt like I was being taken advantage of because of my age, 80 yo and lack of knowledge of wells and disabled. Talking to Tammy and the 2 workers was like talking to used car salesmen. Again McKenzie Valley Pump is not an honest business in my opinion, don't use them they will take advantage of people ignorant on how wells work

This is going to be a long review but I wanted to help other potential customers get some idea of…read morewhat kind of work this company does. In one word - exceptional! I called Loose Deuce Septic & Tank Services and was scheduled promptly for a tank pump the following week. Shawn and Cayton, Shawn's son, arrived at the promised time and began to lay out their equipment and materials. I noticed they were careful to protect all our plants and house. They laid out tarps on the grass for protection and began searching for the tank. It was uncanny how quickly Shawn found the tank. Soon there was a pile of dirt and sod on one of the tarps. I noticed that Shawn pieced out the sod carefully and laid them on the tarp in the exact orientation that he removed them. The tank was full of solids which Shawn said was not a good sign. They pumped the tank and the Shawn went down a ladder into the tank. He blasted the walls and floor with water and inspected everything. He noticed that the inlet and outlet pipes were loose in their tank holes. More digging! The outlet tank pipe to the distribution box and the tank inlet pipe were quickly exposed and two more piles of dirt and sod were placed carefully placed on tarps. Shawn cut new sections of pipes since they old pipes were cracked and leaking into the soil surrounding them. He mortared these pipes both inside and outside the tank and distribution box to keep them secure. He cleaned out the distribution box. The holes were then filled and everything was left exactly as if they had never been there. Shawn and Cayton are diligent, honest, friendly, hard workers with a great sense of humor. They do the job right and at a very reasonable price. You clearly understand the cost of their service and if the scope of the job changes they are up front with the revised cost. They are true professionals, knowledgeable in all aspects of their business. They are the kind of people that make you feel like you are part of their family. I highly and without reservation recommend Loose Deuce Septic & Tank Services for your septic needs!

They got back to me right away, and scheduled an appointment for the next day to pump our two tanks. They arrived a little early, which was great, and did a fantastic job on both of the tanks. I've included some before, and after pictures that they provided, as well as looking at them visually from when they were completed, and the difference is astounding. Not only did they remove the waste, but they cleaned both tanks. In addition, Loose Deuce performed some cleaning and maintenance on our main house tank, that is a dual chamber 1500 gallon tank. I've included photos of the difference, and they also showed me how to perform maintenance on them as well as how often. They also set up email reminders on a schedule for us, to avoid letting them go too far before pumps. Shawn and his crew are also super nice and helpful. They went above and beyond for an extremely reasonable price. I like to support small, local businesses and Loose Deuce is a great example of why. Exceptional service and results. They are now my go to for our home!
