Called Troy at Total Home and he had Kevin come out that afternoon. The Condensate pump went out and tubes were plugged. Kevin had it fixed in a couple of hours, the pressure switches also had gotten wet and needed to be replace. Which if we didn't have the best furnace these may have been cheaper but with the pump and switches the price that they billed us was still very reasonable. I know that when we have our A/C unit replaced that I will be calling them to provide the services. They are awesome, come out when called, the work is always good and Kevin is great!

Ultimately the management is not concerned about a happy customer in the end- just that their pockets are lined.
