What is most concerning is how the situation was handled afterward. When I returned to show the damage and seek a resolution, the staff were dismissive, refused to take accountability, and ultimately told me to leave the store. There was no effort made to address the damage done to an expensive garment or provide any form of customer support. The tailoring itself is one issue, but the complete lack of professionalism and accountability is what made this experience especially unacceptable.

If this wasn't bad enough, the zipper tracks had become deranged and unusable. Okay, poor choices of words, but it's what came to my mind at the time. It cost $45 getting the zippers fixed, but oh so worth it. I hope to get some fabric sewn into the inside of the back, because the outer padding is getting thin. The owner said she couldn't fix this problem, so I will take it to someone who can. Still, I thank the owner for getting the first part done.

The workers are really nice and accommodating. My friend unfortunately lost the pants to her áo dài and thought they may have been misplaced it at the store, and they were very helpful by checking their security footage to see if it was brought there (it wasnt lol). When I came in to get my dress tailored, the lady was really helpful and gave me suggestions on how I could adjust the dress. My fiancé ended up picking it up for me, and when I tried it on later, I felt like I didn't love the final look 100%. I called around 5:30 PM to see if there was any way they could help touch it up. I got there around 5:40 PM and explained that I needed it the next morning by 9 AM. She told me not to worry and to come back at 6:30 PM, right before closing. She was so nice and fixed it up for me really quickly, and there was no extra charge. I will say, I was a little taken aback by the price of the tailoring. This was my first time getting a dress tailored, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I had the shoulders adjusted, a slit added, and the back touched up, and it came out to around $150. I'm not sure if that's a normal/average price since this was my first time..... But anyway-- the place is clean, the staff is super friendly, and they were really accommodating. There is an abundance of parking spaces in the front of the shopping center and on the left side as well. 2. Cleanliness: The place is very neatly kept. The fitting room is very clean and bright. I would use the fitting room on several occassions when I need to show Mai, the seamstress, the fit of the pants and preferred alternation markings. Mai and her husband keep the place nice and neat. 3. Service: Mai, her husband, Loc, and the entire team always go above and beyond to make sure your clothes are evenly pressed, clean, and well maintained. They have been in business for a very long time, and are extremely knowledgeable and kind. In addition to dry cleaning, Mai tailors clothes very well. She had hemmed many of my work pants and jeans. Furthermore, Mai and her husband are amazing at spot checking for stains and ensuring the removal of it. 4. Costs: The price is reasonable and subject to change based on the category of the clothes. These are just a few of the costs that I've incurred to dry clean, which do not cover the entire category in their system. Sport jacket - $5 Skirt - $4.95 Dress - $8.95 5. Overall experience: I am such a fan of this dry cleaner and the service here never fall short of expectations.
