When we discovered that we needed a larger water buffalo, they quickly and efficiently changed our contract. They guided us on our needs, and they were friendly the entire time. Why not 5 stars if they were so great? It might actually have to do with the nature of our project. Their pump needed a lot of continual fixing. However, I think that we probably should have used more industrial strength equipment, as opposed to a standard water buffalo with pump. Other archaeologists have informed me that they often have several spare pumps on site due to their continuous, daily, all-day use. Considering, their pump may have actually worked pretty well. Definitely call these guys if you need a water buffalo. They offer a wide variety, are extremely flexible, and really offer great service.

Apparently, a lot better than Tacoma Power and others. I can't fault Tacoma Power though, their service area is HUGE. Anyway, we have had a few minor outages since we moved here a few years ago, mostly due to trees falling during storms, and OHOP has always had crews on scene by the time we called to notify them that we were affected. They also have very reasonable rates, my house is heated using baseboard heaters and they don't rob me every month during the winter like some companies. I get a call from the same number about 12:13 but it's a different person. She insinuates we have an appointment later in the week and I say no, 9:00am this morning. She says there has been some emergency calls so now they're delayed like 2-3 days. I say mine situation isn't an emergency, we have the water shut off, I have a pregnant daughter and my 77 year old mom lives in the house. She claims to be writing this down and said my situation is an emergency so they'll make sure someone comes out today. Now, 7:35 as I'm writing this, nothing. No show, no call, no text. Stay away from these unreliable people and they're uncaring attitude.

This company makes it so difficult to pay them, they don't offer automatic payments through their…read moresystem or even easy online payments, so that when you miss it they late fees are insane. They take advantage of that fact and haven't updated their system to handle it. It's beyond frustrating there isn't another option for a service provider. If you are looking for automated payments, the closest thing I found is connecting my bank to pay my bill through my banking service. I'll be happy once they update their site that's from the early 2000s. They claim their site can't handle payments... yet the person who developed their site has the exact same layout and takes payments via his site... just seems like an excuse and pure laziness/greed on the owners part.

When the two men from Langley Water came out, they found a leak quickly and had to come back because they felt there was another smaller leak. On 12/28/2023 the two men from Langley had talked to my dad about the leak and let him know they would tell him when they were leaving. They went to the glass door and my dad did not respond. These amazing men ran in, called 911 and started CPR. My father was 83 with a whole host of medical problems. It was his time to go and even with their valiant efforts, he still passed. This is what working with a family business is about, they went above and beyond what was expected of them. I will be forever thankful for what these men did.
