He actually arrived ahead of schedule, which was a great first impression. Isaiah was professional from the start--introduced himself with a handshake and took the time to ask exactly what was going on. I explained that it sounded like the spring had broken or come unraveled. He assessed the issue right away and clearly explained what had happened. His knowledge and ability to break down the repair in a way that made sense stood out immediately. Based on his professionalism and the company's strong reputation, we felt confident moving forward. He left to grab the necessary parts and returned within about an hour, then completed the repair in roughly an hour and a half. After finishing, Isaiah walked us through everything he had done, making sure we understood the work. He wrapped things up professionally--handshake again, reintroduced himself, and let us know we could reach out directly if we had any questions or wanted to address our second garage door.
