Finally, the manicure was okay, but the polish chipped in less than one day--for a gel manicure. I also was surprised that I couldn't use the gift card for tip either. The spa is in a renovated Victorian home and the vibe was actually better than I thought. I still won't be going back after 3 mediocre at best experiences.
