The staff member assigned to my file has not provided consistent information, and I'm often left without any clarity on what is happening. The last time I signed anything was January 22, 2026, and since then I have received no updates or documentation. I've also contacted the firm directly multiple times and am usually met with apologies and promises of follow-up, but nothing changes.
