I asked how much they would charge and they told me the starting price would be 35 for girls. The price was okay, so they paired me with a girl who works there. She sat me down and asked what I wanted again, as if she had forgotten, and I told her I wanted layers. Do you know how to do them? I always ask this question to anyone because some people don't know how to do it and proceeded to cut my hair. I had previous experience with this, so I usually wanted to know if not, I could have gotten a different style. The worker said yes, so she sprayed my hair with water and just started cutting. She didn't even part my hair like you should when doing layers, she was just cutting piece by piece. I'll insert a picture of what my hair looks like. It literally looks like she was cutting piece by piece like she was cutting a dog's hair. I walked out of the salon with my hair looking like this and I still had to pay full price. DON'T GO, IT'S NOT WORTH IT. She made the front of my hair look like I have a bob. I'll show you what I wanted and how she did my hair. I had to stop by a store to buy hair products to regrow my hair. I asked my friend to take a picture of my hair so I could write a review. That's where the photo was taken.

Also, i now understand that the removal service doesn't include a manicure but a bare minimum of shaping doesn't seem like a reach. All my nails had different "shapes" some were left very square while others were more rounded. I do a better job when i cut my nails myself! I'm not going back to this salon, especially since a friend in NY told me she pays $5-$10 for removal when i paid $25 + tips
