On a whim I decided I wanted to get a pedicure, so I looked online to see if appointments were available same day and I was able to select one for an hour later. It was super easy to book online and I received a confirmation of my requested time within minutes. I don't know about you but I love when I don't have to call a place to book. I truly appreciate the convenience and reliability of online booking. I arrived about 15 minutes before my appointment time and I was greeted promptly and directed to choose a color. I took my time selecting a nice bright color and then was greeted by the nail technician who was super kind and attentive. I chose the organic pedicure which took about an hour and was really nice and relaxing. The atmosphere of the salon was busy but not overcrowded. 100% amazing pedi. Fantastic service- I was VERY well taken care of. This is the first time I had gone since last summer. $60 for a gel pedi- this didn't include the cheese grater as I like to call it- an extra $10 for that- then an extra $10 for something else. And honestly - I'm not even sure what I paid for. I've never paid this much since starting to go to this salon. $80 total for a pedi... which seemed like what I got previously. This is the best salon! I've ever been to! I came for a pedicure, the environment was so secluded, classy, and it completely takes you away from the outside world, even if just for an hour. I've had really great experiences at Isse. I've been back for pedicures because the vibe is relaxing and all the work has been great. Being able to schedule appointments online is a big plus. I'm able to decide at 11pm that I want to get a pedi after work and schedule an appointment for the next day immediately. She did hot wax and apparently that was an extra but she did not tell me that. They also charged me $10 just to use shellac polish. What a bait and Switch and a RIP OFF. Her quality is unmatched and literally goes the extra mile to ensure every nail is perfect. After a year off of mani pedi I made an appointment at Isse salon. I wanted to tackle my 'bit off' nails and calloused feet.. oh, and wooly eyebrows. When I arrived I truly didn't get the 'salon' feeling from the disorder of the premises. I wasn't greeted right away. It felt awkward. I didn't ponder about that too long. My manicure specialist walked out and she was very friendly and warm with her personality. She ushered me to a back room to do my eyebrow wax. She was fast and efficient about the wax she did a nice job and trimmed my brows well. Next was my manicure. She sat me at one of the tables and did a nice job on my tore up nails. Lastly was my pedicure. She sat me down at one of the pedi chairs. Warm water and foot soak. Then she did a good job on the pedi. I asked if they offer champagne and she told me yes and offered me some. That was nice but could have offered it to me earlier. Ok, so everything was good except the price and atmosphere. The price was outrageous considering what they gave me. I was skimped on the massage, the champagne and just the overall feeling of awesomeness. In the end it all was quite depressing. 2&1/2 hours of my life It cost me $135 for these services and I felt like it should have been better considering what this place is pretending to be and how much they charge. So expensive Ended up depressed about the whole ordeal. Could've been a lot better- That's all I've got to say. read more

This place has outrageous prices, and their quality of work is questionable. $140 for a fill with a basic pedicure with gel. They also took over 3 hours!! The nail tech stopped to take in another client and then came back to do my nail art which made the process so much longer. I wanted a basic flower design and she didn't have the skill to do it and didn't listen to what I wanted at all. Such a waste of time and money. First time here and I will be returning. Covid is a challenging time and I commend this business on their safety and rules. When you walk in, you are greeted by staff members wearing masks. I think even gloves but I wasn't paying much attention to that. What caught my attention is that they check your temperature on arrival and immediately have you go wash your hands with soap and water. FANTASTIC! Staff was great at following social distancing. People were not sitting together unless they were in the same party. I was happy that I could sit next to my sister and chat (masks on) otherwise everyone was seated a seat or two away. I switched from gel to dip a couple years ago and recommend this; it allows for the nails to grow longer with increased protection, is better for the nails, no uv exposure, and is a quicker, cleaner process. Isse Salon does a great dip, I go out of my way to align my trips to the area for when I need to get my nails done. Van is incredible, very precise and excellent at what she does. The color selection is overwhelming in the best possible way. Didn't make my nails even lengths and when I asked to trim down a couple nails to make it even the nail tech refused. Heavy on the drilling, drilled on my skin behind the nail when cutting down with the drill, barely checking lengths. The drilled area feels like a skin burn now and during that process chunk of nail tip got in my eye. The polish and shaping was rushed and careless, every single nail is different and uneven, with splotches of polish on the back of the nail and cuticle area. The lady was pretty rude and pushy as well. I have been getting my nails done for years now, and this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had, first time I've felt a need to leave a review. I'm sure there are other techs who are wonderful there, but this experience with Nicole felt worth warning others about. I will not be going back. read more

I've always loved how my nails turned out after leaving this salon, but today was very unpleasant. The man who did my acrylic fill must have been new, as he was very rough and someone had to come tell him to be more gentle. This was after he cut my skin under my nail to the point that it bled. And then we were charged a different price than what we were told prior to coming in. We were not aware of a 10% increase in price (not included in the price on the boards) for a COVID-19 tax/fee? Not cool. So a shellac manicure and shellac fill for acrylics was $91 freaking dollars!! That's insane. I paid more for a fill here than for a full set. This has been my regular salon off and on for a few years. I find everyone there to be very professional. Salon is clean and relaxing atmosphere. I had a recent manicure, full set solar get, that began having lift problems after about a week and management gladly re-did the entire set at no charge. This happened a couple times, and I didn't keep track, but it was a pattern so I decided to put them to the test, to be sure. I went and got a pedicure, the most basic pedicure, regular nail polish, no wax....100% basic. I got charged $45. I came back *exactly* 2 weeks later, asked for the *exact* same thing......I was charged $86! When I asked about the major price difference, I was told that has always been the price.
