Lanny took time to sit and listen to my history (professional vulnerabilities, history of injuries and athletic preferences). He provided a thorough assessment and transparently shared his diagnosis. I have never experienced being so listened to by a medical professional before! As I was visiting from out of town, Dr. Lanny made adjustments, applied other modalities to support healing and made recommendations for physical therapy. CRAZY!!! This guy is AMAZING!! I was experiencing Vertigo (never had this before) and thought my dizziness was related to my neck being out of whack. I was at the gym working out and was not feeling great at all. My heart was racing, a little dizzy, I was nauseous, my head hurt, and was very light headed. I left the gym early and went home to get in bed. After taking a short nap I tried going to work but I was still dizzy. I went to see Dr. Lanny, told him what was going on, and that I thought it might help to get my neck adjusted. Dr. Lanny listened intently and we ran through the entire gamut of what it could be and what could be causing my condition. We were concerned it could be neurological so he advised me that he was going to test me to see if I can get adjusted or if I need to go straight to the ER! The movements Dr. Lanny had me perform were much like a "field sobriety" test; walk straight line, fingers to nose, close eyes and put fingers together. He also had me do other neurological hand movement functions and then he put a tuning fork to the back of my ears to see if it made me dizzy. All of this he performed to ensure that I was in good health and safe to be adjusted, which I was (other than a slight bit off balance). Dr. Lanny's diagnosis was BPPV (Benign Proximal Positional Vertigo) and it was caused by me reaching down onto the passengers floorboard to retrieve my workout gear, and sitting up too quickly. Basically I got dizzy due to the blood pressure not being equalized quickly enough when I sat back up. My allergies, the lake water in my ears, and me being super tired also played a part in my Vertigo. HOLY SMOKES!!!!! After Dr. Lanny did the adjustment to my neck and my back he did something that made me laugh out loud with joy because of how AMAZING it was. He adjusted my EARS!!!! That's right. With a napkin in hand, he put a finger in my ear, grabbed my earlobe, and yanked DOWN!! My ear popped! Literally, I heard the adjustment and popping of the ear. Then he did my other ear, same thing. That slight adjustment to the bones in my ears helped the fluid drain from them and made the dizziness go away.....INSANE!! Had I gone to the ER instead of Dr. Lanny I would have gone straight to a brain scan. Dr. Lanny still embraces the "art" of medicine and of being a doctor. He listened to me, tested me (without any modern computers or technology), and he helped me feel better and understand what had happened and the cause. Thank you Dr. Lanny. You are one of the greats! Dr. Brustein truly changed my life. After getting the insurance runaround from multiple physical therapists for the last year, I saw an orthopedic. Unfortunately, with there not being much they could find, they weren't able to offer much help. I decided to try a chiropractor as my last ditch effort as I did not want to adopt the prescription pain killer route. Dr. Brustein listened, spent nearly an hour talking through the past year and various stages of the injury. He then performed several tests to better understand the range of motion and trigger points. Then began working on me. By the end of our session, he was able to discover that it was a compound problem stemming from two separate injuries, that were causing the third. Between three PT's this was not discovered. Dr. Lanny is extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough. I went to Lakeway massage + Chiro because my neck was really hurting. I could tell I was tense and attributed most of it to the uncertainty of the quarantine. Dr. Lanny did an assessment for me and determined two of the discs in my back were displaced due to tight muscles. Cured! Dr. B is a "doctor" of Chiropractic not just a Chiropractor. I went to him "broken" and he taught me how to sleep so I wouldn't mess up my back again. I saw him twice and after that, he asked me to message him when I started to have pain. He doesn't just adjust you, he investigates every centimeter of you, does rehab exercises on you, places tabs on you to relax your troubled muscles, and then adjusts you (~45 minutes). NO MORE PAIN!! Walked out of his office 97% shoulder pain free (3% still painful is because i'm 40 and things don't work as well at this age no matter what you do). Backstory::: i've had right shoulder pain since I was 20, I'm a side sleeper so it's my fault really. I started working in the same office as Dr. B around that time and after about 5 yrs of dealing with it, I decided to give chiro a try. MAGIC! Dr. B adjusted me just once and my pain was gone....for years! Fast forward 15 yrs and the pain is back and now in my left shoulder as well. I know who to see, only the best for this old body. I highly recommend Dr Lanny Brustein. About a month ago I strained my hip flexor muscles playing basketball, and the next day it felt like I had dislocated my hip. Through a thorough consultative approach he recommended 5 visits that included ultrasound treatment, cold therapy, stretching, decompression, etc. He got right to the root cause of the pain and I was feeling better within a few days. He then gave me a bunch of stretching and strengthening exercises for my hip and lower back to do on my own. I've always been a little skeptical about chiro visits and have had bad prior experiences, but this guy really knows what he's doing. This guy is shady and a complete scum bag. My wife got into a car accident and we sought some advice on care in regards to her neck pain. The insurance company of the other driver (who caused the accident) was covering medical expenses. When Lanny discovered there was an insurance claim, he generated a bill for a care plan that was 4 times the prices published. We immediately questioned that even though it would not be an out of pocket expense for us, since the price seemed so outrageous. It just seemed like a red light for potential insurance fraud and this was our first time dealing with this kind of situation. He claimed it is what he had to do for insurance companies. So, later when I went to get an adjustment on my own, he began grilling me about the settlement of the case. I asked him if he thought that was appropriate and that he should be handling that through the insurance company, but he was also more than welcome to reach out to our attorney. Out of nowhere, he decides we are personally liable for thousands of dollars. What a total quack! Needless to say, we had words and I will never be back there again. This guys is a total snake in the grass. There are plenty of good and honest chiropractors in the area. Avoid this guy at all costs! read more

Lanny has done a wonderful job with a very painful neck problems that have caused me much discomfort. After only three appointments I believe I'm back to 95% full health and I'm sure he will get me to 100% at our next appointment. Loved my masseuse Devin. We squeezed a last minute trigger point massage into his last slot of the day. We talked through the muscles that were tight and he was very thorough in his tactics. He recommended a trigger point therapy book for me to understand more about trigger points and fascia and I bought it the next day! I really appreciated his knowledge and the fantastic results afterwards. I am definitely sore (next day) but he let me know to expect that. Had an awful pain in my lower back and after four treatments I feel great!

The spot is convenient, and the massage therapists know what they're doing! HOWEVER, Dr. Brustein is the worst chiropractor I have ever been to. I recently finished playing college football due to a back injury. I herniated my L4 and L5 disks, and this was the second time I had this injury so I knew somewhat about it(I'm certainly not a doctor, but I figured this time it could possibly be different). From the second I walked into the office Dr. Brustein seemed to be more interested in getting me on one of his prepaid quackapractic programs than giving me an x-ray and figuring out what the hell was wrong with my back! I ended up doing a 6 treatment program(what he calls the "jacked" program) and he recommended that I do aquatic therapy as well. So for 3 wasted weeks I was bobbing around like and idiot in a golds gym pool, and got my back cracked 5 times. I didn't even go to my last session. And that everyone is how I pissed away 400 dollars. If you're an athlete, don't go here. If you have a back problem, don't go here.
