Bought a car from him and it was a great purchase. Even if everything you say is true, I absolutely am still in love with my purchase.

I was told it was a one owner car, found out I was the fourth. Had the car detailed three times to try and remove the bits from the disintegrating seats. Finally had to stop driving the vehicle due to the mold. When I tried to get them to look at the vehicle they said sorry as is...deal with it. The guy lied four times during a five minute conversation first saying they bought the car at auction then saying they bought it from a repeat client, then saying it came from Georgia where clearly on the car fax it was from Tennessee which happened to be a flood city throughout 2019. Beware of this dealership!!! It's the typical used car untrustworthy company. They don't care about their clients obviously but I will resell it with full disclosure!! https://www.iii.org/article/flood-cars-how-to-avoid-purchasing-a-washed-up-vehicle#The%20facts%20about%20flooded%20cars

MY LIFE IS MY WARRANTY: FORMAL SAFETY COMPLAINT AND REQUEST FOR EXECUTIVE INTERVENTION…read more On August 31, 2026 only 3.4 miles after leaving the dealership, my Pacifica experienced a dangerous and potentially catastrophic malfunction while I was driving on Buford Drive. The vehicle unexpectedly shifted or attempted to shift among Drive, Neutral, and Park. It stalled, moved unpredictably, displayed multiple warning messages, and sounded repeated chimes before becoming completely disabled. This occurred on a heavily traveled roadway and nearly caused a multi-vehicle collision. I could have been killed, and other motorists could have been seriously injured. This was not simply a "Service Shifter" warning. It was an unexpected loss of reliable propulsion and gear control accompanied by a broader electrical malfunction. Any review of this complaint that reduces the incident to a dashboard message will fail to capture the seriousness of the safety risk. BACKGROUND AND REPAIR HISTORY The issue began after Christian Brothers Automotive replaced both batteries and performed brake work. A "Service Shifter" warning subsequently appeared. Christian Brothers replaced the service shifter module, but the intermittent warning continued. The stored diagnostic trouble codes included U0103, U1465, U1467, and U11E3. Because the warning continued, I drove approximately 22 miles to Mall of Georgia Chrysler specifically because I trusted a Chrysler-authorized dealership to diagnose the underlying cause correctly. The dealership identified substantially the same fault codes but replaced the main battery and service shifter module--the same two items I had recently paid Christian Brothers to replace. After those repairs, the vehicle malfunctioned again and was returned to the dealership for root-cause analysis. The dealership retained my vehicle for approximately two weeks and three days. I requested a loaner vehicle during that period but was told one would not be provided. I retrieved the Pacifica on August 31 believing it had been properly evaluated and was safe to operate. Within 3.4 miles, it suffered the dangerous roadway malfunction described above and had to be towed back to the dealership. INADEQUATE RESPONSE TO A SERIOUS SAFETY EVENT I immediately contacted Service Manager Chuck and reported that the vehicle had malfunctioned and nearly caused a multi-vehicle collision. His initial response, as I recall it, was: "We fixed the issue, and the technician spent hours on your vehicle for which you were not charged." That response showed no recognition of the seriousness of what had just occurred. More importantly, the incident itself established that the vehicle had not been safely repaired. To date, I have not received a documented root cause. Instead, I have been presented with another invoice to replace a transmission-related module and an electrical component that the dealership believes "may" correct the condition but cannot guarantee will resolve it. That is not an acceptable response to a safety-critical malfunction. Replacing parts through trial and error at my expense without first identifying and documenting the failure that caused the vehicle to lose reliable gear and propulsion control places both the financial burden and the safety risk on me. RELEVANT CHRYSLER TECHNICAL INFORMATION Chrysler Technical Service Bulletin 21-027-17 Rev. A applies to certain 2017 Pacifica vehicles and addresses transmission shift and drivability concerns through reprogramming of the Transmission Control Module. The bulletin includes U0103--Lost Communication with the Electric Gear Shift Module among the associated diagnostic codes. I am not asserting that this bulletin independently proves the cause of my vehicle's failure. I am asking Chrysler to determine whether it or any other applicable STAR guidance, technical bulletin, wiring concern, connector issue, fuse issue, CAN-network fault, module failure, or software update was properly evaluated and documented. I understand that my vehicle is outside its original warranty period. That does not eliminate Chrysler's responsibility to respond appropriately when a vehicle leaves an authorized dealership, travels only 3.4 miles, and then experiences a potentially deadly loss of reliable gear and propulsion control. This is not merely a warranty dispute. It is a documented safety escalation involving repeated unsuccessful repair attempts and a vehicle that nearly caused a serious collision immediately after being released by a Chrysler-authorized service center. My life is my warranty and I will not permit it to become part of a trial-and-error diagnostic process.

Warning! Do NOT buy a used car from this shop. Myself, my husband, and my son went to El Camino…read moreBuford to look at a 2017 Jeep Patriot we had found on Edmund's. We were looking to buy our son his first car. James was our salesman. Everyone there was friendly, no hassle, no pressure, so we trusted them - we shouldn't have! James gave us time to look over the car and let us take it for a test drive. He said we could take it to our mechanic to be inspected, but our mechanic couldn't see the car for a few days. We asked if they had a mechanic on site and if they had inspected the car. James said they did an inspection and did not find anything wrong with the car. We noticed the tires were worn, so they even took $500 off the price. Unfortunately, we purchased the car that day. When our mechanic did their inspection, they found so many issues with the car! The car needed 4 new tires, brake pads, rotors, a radiator, coolant hoses, a full system flush, the coating pressure washed off the engine area, 4 new spark plugs, and an oil change. The total cost was $3,700! We still need to repair the engine mounts within the year for another $750. I spent the next 2 weeks calling and calling James. He was never there. I would leave a message for him and he never called me back. One time he said he called my husband, but I was the one dealing with all of these issues and the one calling him. A couple of times he ended up being the one who answered the phone and asked me to send him the estimates so he could talk to his manager. He debated the costs and, after the car had already been repaired, offered to fix something - no way I would let them work on the car anyway! After another week of the run around, he finally said they would reimburse us $251 - that's it!! It was even difficult to actually get the check from them. It wasn't ready when I arrived and had to wait for them to finally write the check. Dishonest, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. Don't be fooled like we were - go somewhere else for a car.
