Bought a car from him and it was a great purchase. Even if everything you say is true, I absolutely am still in love with my purchase.

I had the Sunrise Smash Burger special it was wonderful. Egg was running as it should all over the burger. Burger was cooked perfectly and hot and up together. Least than 5 minutes from when I ordered till I was sitting down enjoying this burger. Beside the restaurant there are so many other features to love the dealership about, Hair salon, Massage room, Quiet room, plenty of comfortable areas to enjoy as you are waiting for your car to be serviced. I have bought two trucks in the last 8 months from them and will do it again if I have a need for another vehicle. Needed a bigger truck to tow my Travel trailer so I had to step up from my 2022 Tacoma, With a standard 6 speed shift which I will miss so much, but not while towing the trailer. Bought a 2024 Tundra so we are looking forward to some long distance camping. Also this dealership proudly supports the Military organizations in the are and all First Responders. They sponsor the American legion Post 307 annual Armed Forces BBQ, This year on 18 May from 1100-1400, meal is $10.00. Come on out and support these worth while endeavors. Thank you Beaver Toyota once again.

Three Years of Frustration -- and Now Nearly $2,800 Lost…read more I've been a customer at Beaver Toyota in Cumming for about three years. I bought a car from them, which included free oil changes, so I've stuck with them for service. I've always rooted for this place, even when things were massively inconvenient. But today felt different -- like I was just being jerked around. Every oil change here turns into a 3-5 hour wait, even when they say it'll be two. One time, after an oil change, I ended up with a major oil leak. I had to add 4.5 quarts myself. I brought it back -- they said they couldn't find anything. Meanwhile, I had oil all over my garage and my friends' driveways. Eventually, they told me to take it to Porsche. Porsche removed the underbody panels and oil poured out. The damage was extensive. I paid over $2,700 to get it fixed. Their opinion? Someone at Beaver Toyota likely caused the issue during a prior oil change. I avoided going back -- until today. I scheduled another oil change and told them about everything that had happened. I was told it would be two hours. Two hours and twenty minutes later, the car hadn't even been started. An hour after that, still nothing. I asked about reimbursement and was told they weren't responsible. I asked to speak to the GM -- he wasn't there. They even asked for my paperwork from Porsche. I declined, in case this has to go to small claims. When I wouldn't share it, their manager said he'd just call Porsche himself to get it. I checked -- Porsche said absolutely not, and that they were aware of this individual's reputation. I don't think the staff are bad people -- they're friendly, and I've always tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. But there's a pattern of inefficiency, lack of accountability, and today crossed a line. I'm just a regular guy who's now out almost $2,800. That's a lot of money to me. It hurts. And it just doesn't feel right -- especially from a dealership that's expanding and clearly doing well. I don't want drama. I just want a resolution. And I don't want to feel like I've been taken advantage of sadly.

Aaron you greeted us with a smile and was ready to assist us. Which others just watched us stand in the bay area, then we we entered the service area they ignored us, but you acknowledged us and tried to get us help while you were setting up your terminal. Another service person took our information and pointed towards the waiting instructing us where to go and wait. But later I watched how you walked your customers to the waiting area and let them know about the coffee area and restrooms. I hope that your service manager reads this post and let's his other service reps know how ro treat customers based upon your skill level and not make customers feel like we are a burden to them. We will be back to work with Aaron to get other work done on both of our cars. Thank you Aaron Haji.

The entire sales process lacked transparency from start to finish, and is extremely deceptive. They use illegal deception tactics by advertising a price online that does not reflect what you are actually expected to pay at the dealership. This dealership illegally added more than $5,000 of non negotiable and undisclosed vehicle add ons to my vehicle, which were not disclosed online, or over the phone. This is a violation of Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. § 45), which prohibits unfair or deceptive acts or practices. Also, the final price of my vehicle was never clearly broken down or explained to me. Instead, I was presented with excessive dealer add-ons, false advertisement, and illegal deceptive sales tactics. Finance manager Jordan Craft failed to apply multiple discounts to my vehicle, which ended up costing me even more thousands. Jordan also persuaded me into purchasing an extended warranty, without disclosing the actual price of that warranty. When I asked to see the final price breakdown multiple times, he never showed it to me. This even includes after the final sale. When trying to cancel that warranty after I saw the final price, I was met by total radio silence, and unprofessionalism. This dealership will call you multiple times a day before and after the sale, until you need something from them, in which you will be met with weeks of silence without response or resolution. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere when looking to buy a new or used vehicle. This dealership is lacks honesty, transparency, customer service, basic business ethics, and most importantly violates Federal Trade laws. Please read the other reviews on this dealership, and unfortunately you will see many people saying the exact things that I experienced. I left feeling extremely deceived, misled, and disappointed after my purchase at this dealership. The way this dealership conducts business is illegal and wrong. I do not recommend Rick Hendrick Chevrolet of Buford to anyone.

Kevin explained to me that it probably is an electrical issue and the diagnostic would be $225, higher than what another dealership quoted for a diagnostic test. The oil change is a bit more than I normally pay but I was told by another dealership that they weren't able to do a tire rotation because one of the lug nuts was broken off but they didn't have any issues here. The wait was about 2 hours but I thought that was pretty good for a holiday weekend with no appointment. What I really liked about the service here is that I received a video made by the technician Matthew who serviced my car. He showed me all the potential things that may be of concern, and I truly appreciate that. It's one thing be told something but to actually see it in a video, is a different kind of transparency.

We were looking to buy our son his first car. James was our salesman. Everyone there was friendly, no hassle, no pressure, so we trusted them - we shouldn't have! James gave us time to look over the car and let us take it for a test drive. He said we could take it to our mechanic to be inspected, but our mechanic couldn't see the car for a few days. We asked if they had a mechanic on site and if they had inspected the car. James said they did an inspection and did not find anything wrong with the car. We noticed the tires were worn, so they even took $500 off the price. Unfortunately, we purchased the car that day. When our mechanic did their inspection, they found so many issues with the car! The car needed 4 new tires, brake pads, rotors, a radiator, coolant hoses, a full system flush, the coating pressure washed off the engine area, 4 new spark plugs, and an oil change. The total cost was $3,700! We still need to repair the engine mounts within the year for another $750. I spent the next 2 weeks calling and calling James. He was never there. I would leave a message for him and he never called me back. One time he said he called my husband, but I was the one dealing with all of these issues and the one calling him. A couple of times he ended up being the one who answered the phone and asked me to send him the estimates so he could talk to his manager. He debated the costs and, after the car had already been repaired, offered to fix something - no way I would let them work on the car anyway! After another week of the run around, he finally said they would reimburse us $251 - that's it!! It was even difficult to actually get the check from them. It wasn't ready when I arrived and had to wait for them to finally write the check. Dishonest, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. Don't be fooled like we were - go somewhere else for a car.
