I had the Sunrise Smash Burger special it was wonderful. Egg was running as it should all over the burger. Burger was cooked perfectly and hot and up together. Least than 5 minutes from when I ordered till I was sitting down enjoying this burger. Beside the restaurant there are so many other features to love the dealership about, Hair salon, Massage room, Quiet room, plenty of comfortable areas to enjoy as you are waiting for your car to be serviced. I have bought two trucks in the last 8 months from them and will do it again if I have a need for another vehicle. Needed a bigger truck to tow my Travel trailer so I had to step up from my 2022 Tacoma, With a standard 6 speed shift which I will miss so much, but not while towing the trailer. Bought a 2024 Tundra so we are looking forward to some long distance camping. Also this dealership proudly supports the Military organizations in the are and all First Responders. They sponsor the American legion Post 307 annual Armed Forces BBQ, This year on 18 May from 1100-1400, meal is $10.00. Come on out and support these worth while endeavors. Thank you Beaver Toyota once again.

Three Years of Frustration -- and Now Nearly $2,800 Lost…read more I've been a customer at Beaver Toyota in Cumming for about three years. I bought a car from them, which included free oil changes, so I've stuck with them for service. I've always rooted for this place, even when things were massively inconvenient. But today felt different -- like I was just being jerked around. Every oil change here turns into a 3-5 hour wait, even when they say it'll be two. One time, after an oil change, I ended up with a major oil leak. I had to add 4.5 quarts myself. I brought it back -- they said they couldn't find anything. Meanwhile, I had oil all over my garage and my friends' driveways. Eventually, they told me to take it to Porsche. Porsche removed the underbody panels and oil poured out. The damage was extensive. I paid over $2,700 to get it fixed. Their opinion? Someone at Beaver Toyota likely caused the issue during a prior oil change. I avoided going back -- until today. I scheduled another oil change and told them about everything that had happened. I was told it would be two hours. Two hours and twenty minutes later, the car hadn't even been started. An hour after that, still nothing. I asked about reimbursement and was told they weren't responsible. I asked to speak to the GM -- he wasn't there. They even asked for my paperwork from Porsche. I declined, in case this has to go to small claims. When I wouldn't share it, their manager said he'd just call Porsche himself to get it. I checked -- Porsche said absolutely not, and that they were aware of this individual's reputation. I don't think the staff are bad people -- they're friendly, and I've always tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. But there's a pattern of inefficiency, lack of accountability, and today crossed a line. I'm just a regular guy who's now out almost $2,800. That's a lot of money to me. It hurts. And it just doesn't feel right -- especially from a dealership that's expanding and clearly doing well. I don't want drama. I just want a resolution. And I don't want to feel like I've been taken advantage of sadly.

He got us the model up from what we normally could afford and at less than market value. We got a tremendous deal on a very low milage car, it came inspected, with warranties, serviced, and no worries about paying too much. He is no nonsense...if you want someone to shine you on go somewhere else. He is not a salesman. He is an educator and consultant. You are not paying for overhead of larger discount dealers whose milease are higher, and prices inevitably more. He was able to buy a better car then we could for the money. He took delivery of the vehicle and drove it a few days to ensure it was as he thought. Dont hesitate to work with Myriad...I am going to buy my car from him when I get ready.

(I had a very, very specific set of criteria.) It took a few weeks for what I wanted to finally come up in the price range we were looking to hit but that's just the way things go. He sends emails with info on things he has found and lets you decide if you want to pursue that specific car. He's not pushy and he is very up front about how much everything will cost. He is an older guy who really likes to carry on a conversation (lol) and he really knows his cars. Once my car arrived he helped us get a couple minor repairs (you have to kind of expect this when purchasing a used car) and he was nice enough to buy the parts (brakes and rotors) with his dealer license and gave them to us for cost. He knows a bunch of guys who have reliable repair shops and we were satisfied with the work they did. He also offers extended warranty options and is willing to work with a couple of different banks or credit unions if you need to finance the car. The fact that we went through him again to purchase another car should tell you that we were pleased with his services. Overall, we saved $4000-$5000 on my car and about $3000 on my husband's truck vs. what we would have paid at a dealer. You have to go into this way of buying a car knowing that it will take a little bit of time to find the car you want but the savings is worth it.

He is 60 miles away from me, so I called and asked about any issues, and he said there were none. He also said they detail every car. I scheduled a visit on a Saturday because he mentioned he was out all-day Friday going to an auction right by my house. I suggested he could drive the car to the auction, and I could meet him there and test drive it to determine if I wanted to purchase. He agreed but wanted a deposit upfront. I did not agree to buy the car until I was able to check it out and test drive, but since I was not aware of any standard policy regarding this procedure, I went ahead and gave him the deposit. Prior to all of this, he had to get emissions on it as well as an oil change to clear the Maintenance message. This is important because he drove it all around to get this done and therefore knew the condition of the car. When we met, the car was not detailed at all, which wasn't a huge deal. Also, there were cosmetic issues that were difficult to see from the pictures. Which again, wasn't a deal breaker. The ultimate deal breaker was the A/C wasn't blowing cold air. I told him I did not want to purchase, and he said I would lose my deposit. I even offered for him to keep $200 of the deposit and he said that $200 wasn't worth his time. He guaranteed that all it needed was an $18 can of freon. He even offered to go to Advance Auto and prove that would fix it. (He also said I would have to buy the freon). I said if that doesn't fix, would you give me my deposit back. He never answered the question but kept repeating that he guaranteed. Throughout this whole process, I asked him why he didn't disclose that the A/C didn't work. He would not answer the question but instead deflected the question. So, I decided to take him up on going to Advance Auto. We went there and initially couldn't find what we were looking for. So, he asked an associate for help. Another red flag is that he found someone that spoke Spanish and only spoke Spanish to him in front of me. Even though both guys spoke perfect English. The associate would speak English sometimes, but Michael would revert to Spanish. The freon the associate said we needed was around $150. Michael asked me to pay for it. I refused, so he bought it, and we all went outside, with the help of the associate, to add the freon. That did nothing. At this point, I asked for my deposit back and he refused. He did offer to take $500 off, but I lost all trust in him and this car. I would later tell him that I would only feel comfortable if this was fixed by the dealership. He refused that and said he had a guy. The next day or so, he said he got it fixed by his guy. But I still did not trust him or this car. It's been over a month, and still no deposit back and he has listed the car sold on his site. This guy gives a bad name to used car salesmen. He was unfriendly the moment I said I didn't want to buy it. He was dishonest about several things. At times, he wouldn't let me get a sentence in and kept talking over me. What's worse is that this car was for my daughter who just graduated college and she was there with me during this whole interaction. Keep in mind that I did not sign anything, nor did I agree to purchase it. Hopefully someone finds this helpful.
