They offered to rebook my appointment. Very frustrating that they didn't call me ahead of time to let me know this. I asked why they didn't and she told me that she was busy waiting on customers. There were two people sitting at the desk so I'm thinking this isn't a valid excuse. My guess is that they saw the coupon that they had mailed to me, in my hand, and didn't feel that a $49.99 coupon was worth their time. I drove over to Grease Monkey on the other side of the parking lot and they immediately got me into a bay. I didn't even have to exit my vehicle. When I finally got through to Nubian M. Holmes, who is apparently the Sales Manager, I was completely shocked by how rude and unprofessional he was. Instead of trying to help or even just listen, he brushed off the situation, offered no solutions, and actually told me: "If you're not happy, just bring the car back. We'll be waiting." Who says that to a customer? It wasn't just dismissive -- it was disrespectful. No accountability, no effort to make it right. Just pure ego and attitude. I honestly couldn't believe it. Let me be clear: this isn't about the car. It's about how they treat people after they get your money. That's when the mask comes off. And if this is the kind of leadership they have running the place, it explains a lot. The sales team might seem helpful at first, but once the papers are signed, you're on your own. No one will care. No one will help. And if something goes wrong? Good luck even getting a call back. Trust your gut and shop somewhere else. I wish I had.
