This urgent care facility is very poorly organized and keep patients waiting for long periods to get help. After a 2- I/2 wait period the first week, I decided to try the online pre-registration for my follow-up appointment. What a joke!! We arrived 15 minutes before our registration time. Three people that came in after we did were called while we waited for an hour. We walked out. They say on their monitor that they are here to help people and our satisfaction is important to them. How can they say that when so many people (obviously, I am not the only one) complain about the long wait periods. I will never go to this urgent care facility again. read more

I came in after work at about 5:20pm as a walk-in and they were able to see me within twenty minutes! They were very friendly and fast here. Turned out I had a moderate UTI so they prescribed antibiotics for me and sent me on my way. I was very pleased with my overall experience there. The facility itself is a beautiful building and seemed very well taken care of. I highly recommend stopping in here for any urgent medical needs, however, I'd recommend reserving a place online. I had come to this urgent care before to get vaccinated and it was a faster process but still a little wait time in the waiting room. When I came in for an appointment to get checked out for being sick I had to wait 20 minutes after my designated time. They were way less efficient and way less organized. The medical assistant was able to see me 20 minutes after my designated appointment time. And then the doctor took forever to come and see me. Another 20 minutes. Do not come here if you have other things to do. Do not come here in between work meetings. The facility is nice modern and clean. read more

Receptionist was friendly as well as other staff here. I went in today the wait was insane-like any other urgent care would be. Once I was back there the doctor had me in and out, listened to what I had to say as a patient. Hopefully I won't be back but if I am I would be more than happy to return to this facility. read more

I drove to this location because of their online estimated wait times. It said 9 min wait by the time I arrived and checked in. Once checked in it said 19 mins in the screen I lobby. I Sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours before I was called back to be seen. The estimated wait times and times listed on their screen are false. Just crap! Arrived around 9:45 am on a Wednesday morning. I was seen very quickly - especially for being a new patient. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The facility is beautiful, and the doctor was also very courteous - she answered all of my questions and gave me options. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE, SUPER SLOW, AVERAGE TIME 3HRS FOR A DOCTORS NOTE, THAT I NEVER RECEIVED DUE TO NEVER SEEING THE DOCTOR! This was my 1st visit here. When I arrived No one was in the waiting room. So I thought great this will be fast! They Called me back within 5mins. After waiting 40mins in the exam room the aid comes in and says there's two other ppl ahead of you. I heard the aids talking and going over the wait times for the few patients they had (2), I WAS THE LONGEST! I heard them say the patient that just checked out waited 3hrs! At the 2hr mark another aid comes in my room and says we had an emergency that's why it's taking so long. (Her faced read lies all on it) I open the door and ask the aids do you know how much longer? Watched the waiting room empty then finally got called back after an hour then after vitals waited another hour to visit with the Dr for less than 2 minutes. Checked in at 2pm as a walk in, when the walk in time was estimated at 15-20minutes.... Finally at 5:40pm I was taken back to a room. One of the receptionist was extremely rude over the phone when I called at 4pm to check on my wait time. I then went inside to make sure I was still on the list, talked to that same woman (who was alone and covering for the other two nice receptionists I had first encountered when I walked in, who understandably must have been on break at this time) who then told me to wait in my car and they would text me when to come in. Come to find out when I went back in at 5:30pm that the woman I talked to listed me as checked out so that is why I am just now being seen! This has been a 4 hour waste of my time!!! Do NOT recommend, save your money and your time! If I had not already paid my co-pay (which they require to finish registration of my walk-in appointment) I would've left long ago. On top of this, throughout this process I have witnessed many different patients who walked in AFTER me leave before me. They do have online appointments which may have explained this, but they were not transparent with me AT ALL about a realistic estimation of the wait time. They first said an hour, then 2.5 hours later when I asked again they said an hour, and now here we are 3.5 hours later. I am so beyond disappointed and aggravated!! I understand that many urgent cares are busy during this time and I am a very patient person, but this overall the worst experience I've ever had at an urgent care. I waited 3.5 hours to be seen for all of 20 minutes. I NEVER go out of my way to leave poor reviews, but after listening to other patients' issues with wait times throughout my time here today, it seems that this location has a major issue with patient organization. ****UPDATE 9/20: four days later and I am much sicker, today I went home to see my regular doctor and was diagnosed with a sinus infection and was prescribed antibiotics. At the time of my appointment at lansing urgent care, I explained that I suspected a sinus infection as I am prone to them and know what it feels like. My thoughts were dismissed by the PA yet she did not give me clarity on what was wrong, just that I must have a cold which she could not prescribe anything for. I was sent home with over the counter recommendations that did not help whatsoever. SO glad I went home to my regular doctor!! Beware of Lansing urgent care! read more

Today was the first time that I have visited this establishment and I can honestly say that I will be coming back the next time I need fast care. The building was noticeably clean and the environment was quiet and calm. The care staff was attentive to my needs and diagnosed me fast. Scheduled in advance a COVID vaccine for 1:40pm for our exchange student at the Bath, MI location. Did all registration online when we made the appt. get here and check in. TEN minutes AFTER her scheduled shot we are told the just pulled a new vial. We'd need to wait at least 20 more minutes. Could have scheduled this in a dozen other places, but choose Lansing Urgent Care. May not choose again. No excuse for pulling vials and waiting on a pre-scheduled vaccine appt. even got a text from Lansing Urgent Care to leave to be on time to make our scheduled appt. Now we are looking at being at least 40 minutes late on her shot. Sitting in waiting room now after being notified of the delay. read more

Dr. Angel at the Bath location was kind, caring and compassionate. I was there last week and got stitches. Today she took them out. She was very gentle and Precise due to where they were located. The other staff I interacted with were very polite. Waiting to be seen was next to nothing both times. Facility was also very clean. read more

What I thought was a virus that would just run it's course turned out to be bronchitis. I went and checked at the iPad kiosk which I really like for its simplicity and ease of use. The office was pretty busy as it was a Sunday evening, they still managed to move things along well without rushing anything. They handled it all very well, and were extremely kind. Even though I was a little out of sorts and didn't follow directions the greatest they were patient with me. I definitely would go back if needed. read more

I injured foot/ankle and found that Covid testing is their only priority at Lansing Urgent Care. Anyone wanting to be tested could make an appointment online If you are injured you are not allowed to do so by their site. I was told you will need to wait behind all the people who have appointments. Wait time was over four and a half hours at 9am. Receptionist said you should have made an appointment online. Told her you don't allow it and that is discriminating against injured patients. Your company calls itself Lansing Urgent Care. Left and went to RediCare in Haslett and was seen in 25 minutes. I received a phone call from LUC thirty minutes after I left to go to RediCare stating that a nurse was willing to evaluate me. No thanks. Got treated by a doctor and was out in thirty minutes at RediCare. Our family has always used LUC so very disappointed in their apparent treatment policy change. read more

This place is nothing short of terrible. I took my small child there two months ago for a pretty significant issue (not significant enough for an ER visit but bad enough to not be able to wait for a pediatrician.) They immediately refused to see my child and wouldn't even allow me to tell them what the issue was. I was turned away with a child writhing in pain without even so much as an inquiry into what was wrong. I swore I'd never go back again. I reluctantly gave them another shot yesterday. This visit was worse than the first. There was only one other patient there waiting to be seen yet it took 2 hours to see a doctor. When I finally did see a 'doctor' he was arrogant and condescending and did nothing to help my child. The staff there is incompetent and did not even look up when I had a question about my visit. This is by far the worse medical facility (if you can even call it that) I've ever visited. I surely won't return again. read more
