Doc often takes multiple requests/multiple visits to get him to do anything. First time I had cysts removed, I had to go for the 3rd or 4th time, refusing to leave if he didn't give me a referral to have the procedure done. There was a student shadowing him at the time, so he did the procedure. He joked about doctors being lazy and only draining cysts instead of removing, which does nothing because they always come back. A year or so later, I went in to have two new cysts removed and instead he drained them (without ever mentioning the change in plan). Cysts were not removed. Same status after appointment as before. When menting this, I got referred to a different doctor to have them removed and a $279 bill after insurance for original appt. No telling what the new doctors charge will be to actually do the procedure. Zero problem with the cost if the procedure was actually done, but it was not. Staff is fully aware and refuses to do anything about the $279 bill for kicking the can down the road to another doctor. read more

I received good care here at ready care and I have been seen here before. My visit in February 2026, I was bill for a new patient visit which my very good insurance would not cover of $170.00. I am on medicare and fixed income. The cporporation for this ready care is Bosworth urgent care and it is impossible to contact them to mediate this bill. Use caution when using this urgent care. I feel you may be overcharged too. They did not tell me upfront about this charge. I am not happy with them for this reason!! read more

Refused to see my 86 year old mother because of an expired ID. Offered copy of birth certificate- along with the expired ID they said no. Do not recommend, mom clearly in pain and we are able to pay. Highly recommend you go elsewhere. read more

It's urgent care is not only disorganized but is dishonest. It's also very difficult to get a physician. They only use nurse practitioners and physician assistants. If you want a legitimate clinical visit this is not the place. read more

I thought it was a walk in urgent care , I drove to Webberville , they have a new urgent care . I walked in .... was seen & out of there In 20 minutes . Understand every personal interaction with Dr. Quinn has been great, but he is surrounded by morons. Went in waited in the parking, seen in the back of the building in my care, established there was a treatable condition, received treatment. Five days of calling can't get a prescription refilled until I go to the "practice" two feet away, to what, get diagnosed with the exact same thing... a month from now. if you are bleeding to death these people surrounding Quinn would be quoting HIPPA rules to you. It is just like talking to morons who have never heard of Hippocrates and believe they are doing you a favor to deign to talk to you. We were contacted by the office after this review posted, and once we were connected with the correct person, the billing issue was finally resolved to our satisfaction. Apparently, this is an issue specific to Humana (which was our insurance at the time). Sometimes, they request claims be sent to another insurance provider. If the office is not "in network" with that provider, that is where the confusion comes in. There is no way to screen patients for this billing irregularity prior to care being given. My husband and I suggested since this has been on ongoing issue for them with Humana, maybe they need to have patients sign something, or have information posted in their office about this issue so it isn't a surprise for potential future patients. The collections call, which was the catalyst for the original review, was an oversight on their part, and should never have been placed. They saw our overdue account, and made the call without realizing we had been working with them to get the billing issue resolved. They have assured us this has been addressed, so this won't happen to patients in the future. We never had any issue with the care my son received, and since the customer service issues have been resolved, I have increased our star review. read more

I've been coming here for 10 years or so - since their Haslett days. Due to having pretty bad MSU student insurance those days, it the only way to see a doctor not at Olin on campus was to go to an urgent care when Olin wasn't open (or have a primary doc more than 100 miles away). So they filled a need - especially the time I mowed a hornets nest. But they were also very good - far better than my old doctor and 100 times better than Olin. I've never had a bad experience, and now that I have much better insurance, I've made Dr. Bosworth my primary doctor as he has started taking on patients. The other review here seems pretty weird. If you have more to pay on your deductible, you pay it. And if they say they can't do anything and give you a script, they probably couldn't do anything else. It happens. People write bad reviews for the smallest reasons it seems like. You won't have any problems here. It isn't a chain like most places around here and they have had a consistent and competent staff forever. I don't see what more you can ask from an urgent care place. read more

I've gone to Redicare a few times this spring now for recurring sinus/bronchial issues. I managed to see their NP, Kyle Cook, all three times. I came in due to developing bronchitis from a sinus infection that hadn't fully cleared up and Kyle remembered our previous visit, my medication allergies & what I had told him a few weeks prior. He made me feel very comfortable & heard. He also took the time to research a best course of action as I'm allergic to the major medicine used for treatment in these cases. Kyle is hands down one of the best medical professionals I've been around and really made me feel like I was getting the best care. Thank you! read more

Love the Urgent Care and Primary Care provided. Short wait to see the Dr for primary care. If I have an emergency, can be seen in the Redicare side and my records are available from the Primary Care side. Dr. Bosworth is committed to the community and the people who live here which is very important to me. My husband and I have went through many doctors trying to find a good fit for us and Dr. Bosworth and the practice is perfect for us. The staff is friendly and caring. Scheduling appointments are easy and we can be seen usually in the same week we are making the appointment. The on-line services they provide is very easy to use and helpful. I recommend the practice to all my friends and family. read more

I have been seen and treated in the Urgent Care multiple times over the last year, and wanted to recognize the staff. Have been misdiagnosed multiple times, and had endless treatments resulting in nothing, it seems the providers at Redicare always figured it out. Dr. Bosworth, Kipp & Hollie are a great asset to our community & my overall health! Had a good experience when I came in for strep a few months ago because I had a good provider. Today for drive through testing, the second provider who came out was not wearing a mask or gloves. I refused to roll down my window at first and then he finally pulled a crumpled up disposable mask out of his pocket and put it on. I cracked my window because I was still sketched out he was leaning into other potential positive people's windows with no mask or gloves. He didn't like that I would only crack my window, and he said I needed to roll it down further. Even though his request was dumb because he was just talking to me, not examining me, I rolled it down another inch. Also, the medical assistants were touching clipboards and handing them out to different patients without washing their hands in between. Pretty surprised that of all places, a medical facility was not following the proper protocols. read more

Don't trust this place. My wife needed to get a TB test for a new teaching job working with children. She had to have it done by X-Ray, though, due to past doctor instructions. We called them on a weekday to find out if they could do that. Waited 20 minutes while receptionist talked to a "Nurse." I then talked to the Nurse for 10 minutes, who said they could do it, but the X-Ray isn't covered by insurance and it would be $100 (Seems like everything is "$100" at this place, see review below.) She said "You can just meet with the Provider and then he or she will go from there." Well, we went in on Saturday (only day we have time), and the receptionist told us they can't do it. When I explained we had been told we could, she went in back to talk to someone, and then came out with the same answer. Of course, I was livid. Half hour on the phone to find out we could, only to take a trip in and be told we can't. I later called my insurance company who told me X-Rays are covered, 10% co-insurance after deductible. So what's happening here? First nurse just trying to get me in there to spend money? Receptionist at visit, and/or person in back, doesn't know if they can do it or not? And why do they refer to their medical staff as the "Provider"? No real doctors there? How is that going to impact your insurance claim? Note that there is a "Primary Care" facility in the same building under the same name. In fact, receptionist window for "Primary" and "Urgent" care are right next to each other. All very confusing and chaotic. Had a past experience with this place that was also unpleasant, so I felt I had to finally write something here. read more

I went into this urgent care because it's close to home. The male physician that saw me was strange to say the least. He was wearing his pants up so high that well it didn't leave much to the imagination. If that had been the only thing that bothered me about him then I wouldn't be writing a review but his mannerisms were off too. He was a bit too interested in details about me that had nothing to do with why I was there. Later that week I was talking to one of my neighbors and telling her about my ailment and how I went to this urgent care and she started laughing and asked me if the doc with the pants issue saw me. It was funny then but as we started talking more about it she told me she knows of at least two women that saw him as a patient and he then proceeded to call them at home under the guise of being worried about their medical condition and then eventually asked them out. Come to find out this particular physician is the owner!!! Too bad he's a creep. Will have to go further from home for my urgent medical needs. read more
