When you first arrive, you get the grand tour of the property showing you where you can go if you're hiking and where to avoid. Terry is very good about stopping the ATV frequently and pointing things out. The scenery around this is incredible. Only been here a few hours and we have already seen deer and a coyote. The treehouse itself is incredible. It has two main floors, the upper one being the bedroom. Not recommended for more than two people. The downstairs has a nice layout with a small kitchenette, bathroom, right off the kitchen, lounging area, and a nice covered patio attached. The upstairs has a stairwell that I will compare to a ladder but if you pay attention, you will have no problem with it Queen, size bed, and extra blankets if you need. There is a fire pit near the main entrance and two benches and two side chairs. They keep a nice supply of wood and you will be able to use that for your fire. Down underneath the treehouse is a barbecue area complete with gas grill. Utensils are provided And it works well. All in all this was an awesome adventure. There's a two nights stay minimum but time will go by very quickly. Terry, your host is very gracious and keeps the property wall maintained. If you're looking for an adventure that's a little off the beaten path. This is the place for you.

The grounds are so beautiful with green horse pastures, blossoming trees and flowers and the perfect white wooden fence to compliment the barn-red house. The owner was quick to respond to questions and needs while we were there and has appointed the house with beautiful bedding, art and decorations. For a gathering of good friends sharing experience strength and hope, a family reunion or a special wedding or anniversary party this property will not disappoint. We'll be back next year!

As I rode past the K&M office, I encountered Bruce Atiken, the husband of the park manager, Nancy Aitken. Mr.Aitkens yelled, "Slow down, slow down," and stopped me near the office, Aitken then proceeded at aggressively and got in my face, he then started yelling again, that I was exceeding the speed limit while operating my electric scooter. During the encounter, Bruce Aitken and Nancy Aitken raised their voices and continued yelling at me. I asked both individuals to de-escalate the situation and remain professional; however, they continued yelling. I then asked if they could articulate or provide an estimate of how fast they believed I was traveling on my electricscooter that goes nor more then mabey 13 miles per hr and im 250 pound man. They did not answer my question and continued telling me to "slow down." At that point, I chose to end the interaction by riding away from the area to avoid any further escalation. The scenery is incredible even right out the living room window. I have never been disappointed staying here. The hosts are AMAZING! The fridge is fully stocked with breakfast stuff and the pantry is full. Did I mention the hottub?? Sweet! It may be on the deck of the main house, but we always get privacy when we use it. They think of everything you need here and make you feel extremely welcome. I have been 3 times already (I know, slow on the review) and hope to be back very, very soon!
