She is very thorough and makes sure that I am happy with the job each time she does it. She doesn't get defensive like some people do about their work. She makes sure that they aren't too thin and that they are even and she gets all the side hairs out as well. I think the prices are average for what a threading job should cost, and she does get busy so I do call in advance to see if she's not too backed so that I stop in at her less busy times.

Maybe it is my false understanding of what lash extensions should look like and how they should be done, but these were awful. I sat uncomfortably slouched back in a chair for 30 minutes, while the girl applied what looked like individual fake eyelashes bought from Walgreens. The glue she used was extremely potent, which burned my eyes since there was no eye protection whatsoever. When she finished, they looked terrible. No depth or definition. All one length. I ended up ripping them off 2 seconds after I got back into my car.

Tiger, the nail tech, was quick and informative. He completely removed the old nail dip and color and the proceeded to give me a French dip just like the picture I showed him. He also explained to me what a healthy nail manicure should look like. The other salon had hurt my nail bed and skin. I'm new to manicures so I wasn't sure what to experience. Tiger taught me and was compassionate about my experience. I left happy with my nails and feeling confident to self advocate in the future with what I'd learned. And my nails looked just like the picture. Very pleased and would recommend. Also, the atmosphere was very soothing to my nervous system. I can be anxious and the music and vibe was really relaxing. The tech didn't even realize at first how to do it and used her finger. Not to mention I left with dry hands/ no lotion. And my skin was covered in the polymer/ curing for the acrylic nails.
