When my friend and I walked in, the threading lady looked over and said hello. We sat down and waited for our turn (there were around 4 people before us on a Sunday afternoon). The wait wasn't too long. It seemed like each person took up around 5-7 minutes. I wish I had gotten the threading lady's name - she was so great and SO sweet. I got my eyebrows and lips done. She was very efficient and attentive. And I have to say, I loved what she did to my eyebrows. I told her I wanted to keep the basic shape of my eyebrows, and she did. She even gave it slightly more shape which really worked with my face. The areas around my eyebrows feel so clean, and I can't see a single strand of baby hair around my brows. My lips are extremely well done as well. The price was ridiculously good - $5 for lip, $5 for chin, and $10 for eyebrows. I will definitely come back again. I would say immediately after treatment for 1-2 hours after is uncomfortable. After that it's breezy. Follow you're given directions and you're good to go! Their policy is a 10-minute grace period, and I walked into the salon literally within the final 60 seconds of that window. They just kept repeating, "Well, it was 10 minutes, so we have to push your appointment," even though I was standing there within the stated grace period. At a certain point, I realized the conversation was going nowhere, so I stopped arguing and simply said I wouldn't be coming back--which is unfortunate, because I had been a consistent customer. And the cherry on top: they still charged me the cancellation fee. I completely understand having policies. I just think if your policy is 10 minutes, being there within those 10 minutes should count.
