A Small menu but everything they make is done quickly and with amazing flavors. I love the pho and it's so good it makes it difficult to order much else though I will be making more of an effort to try everything. The staff is courteous and friendly. Joy is always just that greeting new and old customers alike with a friendly smile and amazing customer service . The lunch rush fills every table. Real authentic Lao cooking. My wife and I are Laos and eat like native Laos. There is small detail that make dishes or an eating experience authentic and enjoyable. The food is great. Service is superior. The place is very warm, modern, and comfortable. We ordered the pho combo with brisket, meatballs, tripe, and tendon. This beef noodle soup is one of the top in Tri-Cities for its price, size, and completeness. The boba drinks are awesome. read more

I went to eat Beef Pho noodle today. The Pho bowl is big, but didn't have a lot of meat. The broth is good. If the owner gives more meat in the Pho, then they will have more customers later on. read more

I've been coming here for the past year -- I've had lots of Pho across the country and even in Europe, but none compares to the broth taste at Lao Kitchen. Absolutely the best broth; that's what makes a good bowl of Pho. Small, family-run affair; the waitress knows exactly what I want when I walk in. This place is absolutely amazing. Service is prompt and friendly, the establishment is well decorated and clean..and the food..I haven't had a dish yet that wasn't deliciously delectable. Try the spring roll appetizer to start off your meal with the home made chili sauce, so yummy fresh and flavorful! You won't regret it. My new favorite place to eat! read more

They have the best Pho in the Tri-Cities. I always get the tofu and vegetable pho which is loaded with fresh veggies. I've also tried the papaya salad which was amazing! The waitress is always super sweet, helpful, and kind. Great prices. I only wish they were open 24/7 ;) read more

My husband and I ordered to go from here a few days ago. I've been wanting to try this place out for awhile but hadn't because I'm Laotian and I just usually make my own Laotian food. I figured this would be a good place to order Laotian food when I'm too tired to make it myself. We ordered everything on the menu except for a few appetizers and the brisket (they said they were out of brisket). We got beef larb, paad thai, green curry chicken,shrimp paad kee mao, beef paad se ewe, pho tripe combo, butterflies and spring rolls. Everything was tasty. The beef larb was pretty good but it was made for american taste buds. All of the curry and fried noodle dishes were delicious but the pho soup was really bland. I'm thinking that maybe the pho is made more for american taste buds also? The butterflies were a little salty for me and the spring rolls were ok. I didn't order any papaya salad because I usually make this myself but next time I'll definitely order some. The prices are pretty good too, compared to other Thai or Asian restaurants in this area. I would suggest trying the beef larb, paad thai, paad se ewe and curry. All in all I would definitely order from here again to get my Laotian food fix when I'm too tired to cook. read more

Everything is delicious and reasonably priced. To-go orders have never taken more than 10 min max, my food is always ready before I get there. The inside us bright, airy, and clean, with a flat screen TV. And the Thai iced tea is yummy :) Highly recommend! read more

I recently tried this new restaurant on a weekday at lunch. I met a friend at noon, and I was surprised that there were only a few other people there. We both tried the beef and meatball pho, and it was very good. There were a lot of other delicious sounding items on the menu, and I can't wait to return to try more. I was happy that as we sat there, the place filled up. This seems to be a family owned business, and I would love to see it succeed. The young ladies waiting tables were lovely.
