They said they test drove it, checked "everything" out and couldn't figure it out. I was sent on my way after $50 something in shop time. From there I went to Belle tire to get a FREE diagnoses and they obviously were able to tell me what was wrong right away. Whether is sounds all "boo hoo" or not, as a young woman, I'm just pretty apprehensive about mechanics, and specifically this shop because of this reason.

Betten has screwed us over several times. First, Betten Baker GR sold us a vehicle that did not…read morehave the repairs made we wrote into the purchase agreement. Then, Betten Baker Lowell told us they put a new battery in to repair our Ram. We had to have our Ram towed to Cedar Rock Auto to be repaired for much less than the 17k Baker quoted. We discovered our original battery was in, not the new one Baker supposedly put in the Ram. Do not use Betten Baker, they cheat. I recommend you find alternative service like Cedar Rock, Todd is a straight shooter.
