They were cherished family members for over 12 years . The time had come that their bodies were failing and their quality of life was diminishing . I'd never heard of this company until this May 2023 when we had to euthanize our dog of thirteen…read moreyears. We had a plan in place with our vet, but plans change on a dime for older dogs and the day before we had intended for our vet to take care of things in our home, our pet's condition abruptly changed and our vet suggested we reach out to Paw Prints Forever as she had worked with them before. So we did. We could not have been more grateful with how they handled things. They were able to get a vet out to us that night to care for our beloved Shelby. Amanda was so empathetic and professional from my first tearful phone call to the post care following the procedure to picking up her ashes in Malvern. The vet (who I think may have been the owner I don't recall his name) showed up at the time we agreed upon and handled everything with professionalism, dignity, and grace for Shelby. They had the right tone. The right balance of helpful suggestions and space. The right approach to ending her life. The right approach for the after care to remove her from our home for the final time. It's a sad thing to make this final loving responsible decision for our pets and they were just perfect.
