Officers that need better training so unprofessional agresive behavior

Was pulled over excessive force was the only one being pushed after I verbally told her nicely he didn't have to hold on to me I told her more than c10 recorded it I was let go never arrested

I told him they are moving and they turned the phone off an hour later. We were just 10 min away.

They basically told me figured out yourself. They didn't help me when I needed help. I got my phone stolen. I guess stealing phones is normalized now. I literally paid over $1000 for someone to enjoy the hard work I did. Thanks for nothing. Never been useful. Now I understand why many people say f12. Because the system is f'ed. Looks like I'll have a new phone soon just like the guy who took my phone. Guys if you see a phone not on hands, it's yours to take. According to the officer in the lobby.

These guys are so awesome!! Praise to the LAPD for keeping us safe

Ask the Community - LAPD West Valley

What happened with the MRSA outbreak at this station? Are the officers okay? I can't find any news on if they are well and back to work. Is there a way to donate to the officers?…

It's situated next to a police station, a municipal building and near a large park and tiny home community for the unhoused. am extremely disappointed with how this library treated my daughter, who is deaf…read more Because of her hearing disability, she cannot always tell how loud her own voice is. We understand that a library should be quiet, so we purposely sit very far away from other people to make sure her occasional talking does not disturb anyone. Despite this, we were told that our behavior was "not appropriate for the library." What made this even more upsetting was that teachers and other adults working with children nearby were speaking much louder than my daughter, yet somehow my deaf child was the problem. A public library should be a welcoming and accessible place for ALL children, including children with disabilities. Instead of making a family feel unwelcome, staff should understand that a deaf child may not be able to regulate the volume of her voice in the same way as a hearing child. We are not asking for special treatment. We are asking for understanding, reasonable accommodation, and the same respect given to other families. I sincerely hope management provides better disability-awareness training to staff. No child should be made to feel that they do not belong in a public library because of their disability.

This time, I had to renew my driver's license (I had already got a Real ID a long while back at another out of town location). I took the written test on line, so that I would not have to handle the crowds, set up an appointment (2 weeks for that) and got to the location well ahead of time. It did not help. The parking lot was jammed. People were circling and playing musical cars hoping someone would leave. After doing the same, I got a spot. Inside, there was still a line for those with appointments and it was moving slowly. The whole place was mobbed (most coming in for real ID, the procrastinators) and moving at a lethargic pace. The employees did not seem to care that everyone was getting agitated and frustrated as the clock ticked on. After checking in, you have to wait for your number to be called (that takes a while) then hit two more different counters and i was done. Somehow, I survived without having to pull my hair out. The story is the same everywhere. Why is anyone not doing something about it?
