They cooperate with the burn center's staff and volunteers, opening up the main apparatus floor for the dinner party. A large tent gets added off the back to accommodate the food serving lines, plus beverage stations, the check in desk, and photos with Santa. One of the highlights of the party is the gathering of all the burn survivors in attendance, posing in front of one of the station's giant fire trucks. Another is the introduction to the program, where the flags are marched in, accompanied by bagpipes and a drummer. The fire service traditions are so meaningful to the celebrations attendees with the close relationship between firefighters and burn patients and survivors. The graciousness of this station's welcome is so very much appreciated.

I rescheduled the appointment for a week later between a one hour window that I knew I needed. I called the day prior to confirm they changed the time on us. I clearly wrote it in my schedule since they didn't show up a week prior. I ended up cancelling. There's many other companies to call. These scheduling errors are not necessary.

First of all, when you get the DIY Home Alarm system, you only get 6-day tech…read moresupport since they're not open on Sunday even though you can call for the regular 7-Day tech support that ONLY covers the more expensive ADT+. We had a blackout overnight and the keypad froze and we couldn't get out of the house because it was still in Night Mode. NO tech support available! We finally just took the battery out and it got stuck on "Configuring" mode and cannot pair to anything. Unreliable! So we decided to go back to our previous alarm, Frontpoint. And that's when we found out we are stuck on a 3-Year contract which was NOT mentioned by the sales person AT ALL! That is something that is incredibly important to know. The printed contract states it in very, very small letter. On top of that, the equipment is "on loan" so now we also have to pay all of that up front back so we can throw it all away! So I order to cancel from this shit plan, we're now stuck to pay $299.85 for the remainder of the 3 year service and $153.75 for the equipment "on loan". Should've seen the 1 star review. They deserve 0 star! NEVER AGAIN!

The salesman Landon told me they have a special for $25 for the equipment, after the technician left they charged me $500 for the equipment, then an additional $300 for the keypad that was supposed to be included, didn't install the right equipment, then told me it was an additional $300 for the right equipment. So I went from $25 to $1100 for the equipment alone. I reached out to their office and spoke to Jolessa, Helen, Psy, Lee, Jackie, Alexis, Eric, Sophie, Roslyn, Jolene, and Amanda. All of which "Are so sorry" and "Wanted to help me." So far there is no resolution and if I want my equipment Landon promised me at $25 I have to pay $1100. I asked them to remove it and cancel my service and they told me, "I am responsible for the duration of the contract cause I signed off in it" before the installer left. Which is not true, I never signed anything nor did he ask me to. PLEASE STAY AWAY I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS WITH THESE PREDATORY FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!! In response to the owners reply, which was almost immediate and obviously a boiler plate response. I already emailed AlwaysThere@adt.com and did not get a response. It seems they post this in an attempt to make the public think this is a resolution for a unsatisfied customer. Thus far it is not!
