I said ok and picked it up and brought it home . i called them to let them know the zipper was very tight and hard to zip the manager said bring it back , jt just needed zipper oil. I picked it up assuming everything ok, it was better but still a little tight. At the time the weather was very hot for this time of year, so I assumed everything ok and hung it up in closet few weeks later weather cold enough to wear, when I zipped it up about 2 inches it began to split apart. I called back manager said sorry can't fix it because there seamstress no longer works there. I said that's ok just give me a refund and I can fix it somewhere else. He again said sorry you had it too long and must have just wore it out! I reminded him that I have not wore it , because weather still too hot m, last part of Nov temp in the 80's and was still playing golf. He again refused a refund ! I said by the way she even put the zipper back on the wrong side left and instead of right il so just refund me half the price to pay to have the zipper redone on the correct side. Same answer NO RFUND period! My answer and was very politely and calm was just this have you ever heard of social media 90 % of people check on referrals before and a good thing before they choose who to do business with ! un knowing to him I had panned to give them 3 blankets to have dry cleaned . I had several dress slacks and jeans dry cleaned and the quality of the work was excellent. I saw a tag on my clothes with an orange message stating' Please Check Bag'. When I opened the small orange and black bag there was 3 twenties and I was shocked. This was money that I forgot to remove from my clothes prior to placing them into this cleaners. Anytime a business is this honest and they also do outstanding work then I will definitely be a customer for the rest of my lifetime.

Some of the people that wash their car over there at the car wash should not even (and may not) have a drivers license, and seem to posses the inability to use the 10% of their brain that is active for most people. I've had two cases of seeing some moron flying out of there at full speed, with one of the two times I almost got run over. If you run over me, you better kill me when you do. Roast Daddy Fresh don't play. Also, I've seen the cops over there at least 3 times in the last year. People cant even act right at a coin operated car wash? Seriously, watch out for idiots when crossing the main drive there in front of the buildings. People in Memphis *will* run over you and drive off. I returned to have that corrected as well as having a replacement button, that I provided, sewn on the l/r pocket. When I picked up the pants on Saturday, the button was not sewn on the l/r pocket and the button to the r/r was removed. After multiple visits, instructions and explanations, they still could not get it right. The manager that I spoke with was more concerned with Me paying, which was already done when the pants were originally dropped off, than making sure that their employees followed My instructions and done the job right the first time. It should not take multiple visits, instructions and conversations to simply sew on a button. This was an absolute waste of My time. The name of this place is completely appropriate.
