Evidently this is still my spot for whenever my washer/dryer is out. Throw your load in, walk next door and grab a beer, and wait for your load to come back out... I know there's a joke beckoning somewhere here. Nevertheless, never had any complaints with this place. Machines work as they should and If I'm ever down and out with laundry, this is where I'm going.

First of all, they told me with the "emergency" service it would be 15dlls and at the moment they charged me $17.50. I said to myself "ok, lets just pay it", then when revising it, the entire inside of my dress was stained with orange/dark brown straight lines and big disperse stains. They are visible because the dress has an opening on the left leg. When I asked the lady in charge said I had brought it like that. When I told her that I hadn't, she started giggling saying "well what u want me to do, that looks like make up" . She finally hand me the phone to the "MANAGER" which ended up saying he could be there to solve the situation but he was going like in 2 hours. He said that that the lady in the front said it looked like make up and decided to believe her instead of coming to solve the problem. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS RECKLESS AND RIDICULOUSLY RUDE BUSINESS.

If indeed they only pressed my clothes, they charged you for other services according to the receipts given after paying the non English speaking Manager on duty. VERY bad service

What a pos! I'm 5'…read moretall and the washers are on pedestals so nearly couldn't reach the bottom to get socks etc out. $2 to wash a load then one washer wouldn't start. Went to the cashier who informed me nothing she could do about it. Dug the clothes out and moved them to another machine but could not get the soap pods from the bottom so now it's $4 to wash the load plus the soap pods. Going to finish this round of clothes but I won't come back. Besides they have no where to sit while you wait or go sit in your vehicle - which is what I did. If I could have given them negative 5 stars I would have! Avoid this neighborhood laundry!
