I brought in three items (a scarf, a sweatshirt, and a pair of pajamas) to be embroidered for my honeymoon. I was very specific about the details--monogram placement, font, and even requested that my name be done in all lowercase. Unfortunately, every item was done incorrectly. The monogram on the scarf was placed upside down (so when worn, it read incorrectly), and both the sweatshirt and pajamas were embroidered in the wrong font and not in lowercase as requested. When I brought this to their attention, I was told the original items could not be corrected and would need to be replaced and re-embroidered. To their credit, they agreed to repurchase the items. However, when I returned to pick them up, none of the items had been embroidered at all--and the pajamas provided were not even the correct pair. At that point, I requested a refund for the embroidery services I never received. I was told the employee present was unable to process a refund. I had to insist on getting something in writing stating that I would be refunded, but I have little confidence this will actually happen. I have not received a phone call, email, or any other communication to try to rectify the issue or send a refund. I've since filed a dispute with my bank. Between the repeated errors, lack of attention to detail, and inability to resolve the issue properly, this was an incredibly frustrating experience--especially given that these items were meant for a special occasion. I would not recommend this business based on my experience. The level of inaccuracy and lack of follow-through here is simply unacceptable.

I go every two to three weeks, do over nine loads that I can wash, dry and fold in less than 1 1/2 hours for less than $25.00 in a relaxing environment. Why would anyone want to spend their entire day doing laundry at home, running up their electric, gas and water bills when you can go to Delken Laundrymat and have the chore done in less than 2 hours?

I walked back in to show her and see if they could fix it. Not only can they not, the lady couldn't have given less of a F about ruining my coat. Literally nothing. Except "maybe next time wash it by hand". It's dry clean only which is why I brought it there. So, lesson painfully learned. If you just need basic cleaning and you are unbothered by scowling women who seem to loathe their job and everyone around them, go here. These recent pick-ups have completely shaven my confidence in Courtesy's ability to clean suits and I simply feel I can no longer trust Courtesy to return articles clean and damage free.

What a pleasant…read moresurprise to find a nice and helpful attendant and her little dog following her all over the place. I needed a refresher course in the use of the machines even though the instructions were on the panel which the attendant happily provided. A pleasant late afternoon experience overall. Here are some things you should know. - Several machines were "out of service" so this could be a real problem for those who come during a busy time. (I'm not taking stars away because I didn't have a problem and it wasn't a busy time.) - Parking is limited in front of this laundromat and if you do get one of the 4-5 spots out front, there is a 15 minute limit before 6pm. Be very careful if you decide to push it. PD does patrol. - There was a coin machine that dispenses quarters for $1, $5, $10, and $20 bills. - A wash load is $7.50 and $10 for the XXL machines. Each cycle is about 25 minutes long for the $7.50 machine; it's over before you know it. Instructions are on the panel. - The dryer is large and expensive at $.25 per 3 minutes - even on "high" mode, clothes aren't completely dry. I fed the dryers almost $3 for a lighter load without towels and thick clothing. - For 3 large loads of laundry, I was finished in about 2 hours and spent about $35. - Full service laundry is available at $3 per lb. You'll have to ask the attendant about turnover time. I've never used this service. There you have it. Hope this information helps. TIP: There's a great spot with Jamaican / Caribbean food, "Vineyard Caribbean Cuisine," in the same building. You can't miss it - it's on the right hand side as you come up the ramp towards the laundromat entrance. There's a line you won't miss either. Order at the take-out window while you wait for your laundry or after. (I'll be posting a review with photos on this.) Good luck!
