Laperle completed a full exterior job for us in Oct 2023, including carpentry work on the clapboard siding and trim, and prepping and painting of the full house and decks. While painting was a secondary need for us, some rotten trim and siding necessitated making the carpentry work a priority and I'm glad we hired Laperle to rectify some of the clear shortcuts taken by painters hired by previous owners of our house. We received a few other quotes, and while Laperle was on the higher end, there's a reason why - they do not cut any corners and the work product is evident. The amount of prep work that goes into these projects is astonishing and a several member team was here for 2.5+ weeks to make sure the job was done right and with the highest quality. The project manager/estimator Jouberth (Joe) was transparent and honest, and it was clear that the pricing was fair and appropriate given the effort needed to do the project right. Unfortunately sometimes issues are discovered during prep, requiring a revision to the estimate. Joe did a good job explaining some of the issues that were found with rotten siding being covered up by previous owners/painters and worked with us to adjust some things to control the excess costs. It's hard to find companies like this that you can trust, and so we are very pleased with Laperle's work and will go back to them for future projects. read more

Laperle recently finished up painting the exterior of my house in Westwood. My house was in serious need of a paint job and I knew I had some rotted wood. Laperle's team identified every rotted shingle, rotted wood, ran the pricing by me then replaced everything that needed to be replaced before professionally painting the house.
