Before installation is complete. They start the installation. Initially said it would be 2 days. They get it done in one day. As soon as they leave my husband notices that the last 1/3 of the twisty slide is practically vertical. The whole family tries it. We all get launched out of this slide. I call immediately to say that this isn't going to work. After several weeks of back and forth, we finally get them out here to address this slide. They show up at 5pm to do this work. With small kids, this isn't appropriate. They rush around trying to beat the day light, walk away with a slide that is less vertical, however now there's about a 3' drop of the bottom of the slide to the ground. With the explanation of "get a mat to catch them". Also unacceptable and it's communicated immediately. But now it's late and now we need to wait some more. Daily phone calls from both me and my husband. And we finally get commitment that they will fix it. And come during daylight so it's not rushed. Several hours again and it's "better" but barely satisfactory. I would've loved to tear it down and send it back and get my money back. It was exhausting and easier to walk away than deal with them any longer. Don't fall into this trap. Spend your money, time and energy elsewhere.

As a DIYer who drove from Texas to Philadelphia with a playscape that required a tunnel slide and…read moretoddler swing, I may not be the standard customer. First, the hardware provided with the slide was incomplete and inadequate -- there were no 5/16" x 1 1/2" lag screws, and the 7/8" x 1" bolts were too short to attach the assembled Elbow Tube to the Entry Plate. Secondly, the fit between the end of the straight tube of the slide and the one-piece Tube Slide exit was almost nonexistent and required the purchase of additional hardware, and the "fit" remains problematic as a possible finger trap. Finally, when I went to install the swing, there were no anchors included, even though I was assured that all the hardware was included. I found a supplier in Bensalem but had to pay $30 for something I thought was included in my $147 swing purchase. I also think that the $1040 price of the slide was inflated based upon what I've seen online. Or perhaps because Swing Kingdom knew I was in a pinch to finish this project. The slides are manufactured just up the road in Leola by Atlas/Tusk but cannot be purchased directly. This place may be the best if you are not interested in saving money or having what is needed to complete your swing set. If you are like me, however, learn from my poor judgement.

On Saturday we spoke for 90 minutes about the general product and my vision for the playset On Sunday we spoke for 50 minutes with follow up questions and ensuring I understood everything. On Monday I called in the morning and told Harry that we wanted to order. On Thursday morning his installer called me and was on the way. By 2:30pm the playset was up and we were ready to play. In the end I could not be happier. I ended up with a playset that I can see my kids enjoying into adolescence and the quality that will make that possible.
