However, I wish I had read reviews about the seating before I bought my tickets. We had two balcony seats. The view was great, but the seats themselves were uncomfortable. Sitting for 2+ hours for the comedy act was tough, especially towards the end. I wasn't affected too much, but I felt bad for my husband because the woman seated in the row in front of him kept whipping her hair back and it hitting him. It wasn't intentional on her part, just the situation. The seats are very close together, even row to row. The marquee from the outside looks great, and the inside has a charm with framed posters of past performers on the walls, antique furniture, and the cut-out wall decorations lining some of the walkways, etc. Bar is upstairs. Bathrooms are ground level. The woman who directed us to our seats was friendly. Overall, most staff were pleasant and helpful. Earlier, there seemed to be a little confusion with the crowd when doors opened. It was nice that staff let people into the lobby since it was cold outside, but there wasn't clear line control. You could sense some of the crowd was a little put off waiting in close quarters with one another. But once doors really opened, it was all good.

I may or may not, refer to as "my life's work." The vibe is pure fun energy--think upbeat music, cool instructors who actually make painting feel doable (even if your stick figures need therapy), and a bar menu that fuels the creativity. Wine in one hand, paintbrush in the other? Yes, another glass of Pinot please. Whether you're a total beginner or someone with a little painting experience, the instructors make it easy to follow along--and they're super encouraging, which makes all the difference. The space is clean, well-lit, and organized, with all supplies ready for you when you arrive. The atmosphere and energy in the room is infectious--it's hard not to smile while you paint, sip, chat, and laugh. Everyone that sips and paints should leave with paintings you are actually proud of! Bonus: they have a solid menu of drinks and light bites, which elevates the whole experience. Highly recommend Muse Paintbar. Excellent for creative date night, birthdays, or just something different to do. It's creative therapy with cocktails--what's not to love?

Phil effortlessly moved from group to group entertaining with close-up sleight of hand. If I needed to find him in the room, all I needed to do was look for a crowd of pre-teens -- he was always right in the middle of it. I'm a big fan of sleight of hand and Phil is excellent. There are some crappy strolling magicians out there, but Phil is a consummate pro. A magician's magician if you will. In addition to the great performance, Phil was also VERY easy to work with leading up to the event. He was responsive to both e-mails and phone calls and flexible when we needed to make some small changes to the schedule. If you've ever thrown a Mitzvah party you'll know the value of a reliable professional. Hiring Phil gave us a great entertainer with no worries or angst. Highly, highly recommended.,

But I could be wrong given I am normally on the New Haven Line). Anyway, this place has 5-star reviews across the bar which is how this ended up being the first option I could find on the Saw Mill. So went we did. You can find street parking right next to its building. This is a nice quaint little art shop, and there's plenty of things here you can buy if you just need that something extra in your life. It is a Filipino shop with plenty to check out if art shops are your thing. I personally get bored with them pretty easily if I'm not fully invested in what art places have to offer, but that's nothing against this place as that is just a personal preference. So what you see on my pictures here is what I had: the Ube cheesecake and the Ube Affogato. Believe it or not this is not my first experience with affogato as there used to be an affogato place on the way to/from work I would stop by for. It's ice cream and espresso, and let me tell you that if you haven't had a good affogato before, you're missing out! In fact, I even once met a cast of actual Netflix actors and actresses at that old affogato shop, and there was one person in the cast that remarked that I could have fit in right with the cast. So by getting the Ube affogato here, it was like taking a trip down memory lane. It WAS however my first experience with ube, so it was a taste of old times and new memories all-in-one. Both things I had were really delicious! If I have more Ube things in the future and they're this good, I might have a new contender for a new favorite flavor of food! The customer service was really nice too. The lady working there you can tell puts a lot of care into what she does. A nice little tidbit I like is that when I asked for a spoon for my cheesecake, she shared that Filipinos tend to eat cheesecake that way as well. I thought that was some really cool knowledge. And the ambiance is very homestyle that sometimes you can't tell it's actually a shop. This will make for a great morning stop if you're ever in the area. Maybe you could stop by here, kick it slow a bit before catching a train to NYC, or even Sleepy Hollow. This place gets both my thumbs way, WAY up!

The tickets cost $38.95 without tax. Next question is it with the price. The drive is about 15 mins circling the park you spend more time waiting to get in the park than anything. I think the kids would definitely enjoy it but for the adult vibes it's just missing so much. Snow glow with Santa and the Snow Queen were the best parts very creative. My second favorite is the snow machine and a snow area where your car drives through and the festive light tunnel. Constructive criticism if they added more lights in emptier less lite sections it will definitely help bring out more festive cheer and not look so empty in areas. Also they were maybe one or two corners that were a little too tight to maneuver when turning into so be careful.
