BUT, alas, here I am. 5 stars, but you knew that already, given the non-stop 5 star reviews that he has. And let me tell you, he earns every single one of those 5 stars in every single 5 star review, including this 5 star review. Rafael is professional, meticulous, friendly, respectful, and really does go above and beyond. It's great when you find someone that is a masterclass of their craft. It's good when you find someone that is competitively priced. It's nice when you find someone that genuinely CARES about their clientele and want their clientele to be 110% satisfied. It's AMAZING when you find a combination of all three. Seriously, you need tile work? Please, don't look anymore. You won't get better than Rafael. Book him. However; one of the reasons I selected this business (and paid more than other bids) is because of the 2-year warranty that they offered, which turned out to be useless. When the 2-year mark arrived, it was like pulling teeth to get Adam to honor his warranty. He would ghost me for long stretches. After several months of nagging, I did eventually get him to come out, but he had one crew member who spent about 1.5 hours working on the bubbled areas (and there were lots!). Adam assured me his crew would sand/scrape the bubbled areas, but they didn't do that. The guy just slapped paint over the spots. Obviously, that isn't going to hold. Now, I am faced with fixing the mess myself. All of that nagging for 1.5 hours of work by one guy! They also wouldn't fix the front door which had not fared well over the 2 years and the wood was splitting. If you care at all about the warranty, I would skip this contractor. And I certainly will NOT be a repeat customer.

I barely write reviews but I think Rachelle Thomas and their upper management at Homebridge may…read morebenefit from this one so here it goes. She gave the air of professionalism, of being on your side, of "yeah we'll get this done and it'll be no problem..." and twice she ceased contact with us for weeks on end. And in the end, we lost out on the house because we didn't have the mortgage she had told us we would be "sure to get" and she never called us back or told us any different. We STILL haven't received an official update. And it's been FOUR months! She just ghosted. At first, we thought it was because of the Covid situation. We had heard that there was an increase in loan applications because of low-interest rates and uncertainty in the market, which we understood. So after three weeks, without a word (and after submitting our initial paperwork) she got back to us assuring us we would be good to go. Another four weeks. More lip service. And then, nothing again. Our employers told us that the underwriters called and then sent emails, and in the case of our employers, their emails went to spam, so instead of the underwriters calling to verify employment, they just kept emailing the same employers and dragging out the process. It all seemed very unprofessional and ramshackled together. It's been four weeks now (after 3 months of waiting) and if anything the last we had heard we were still in the process of everything, except when I called to check-in, we had lapsed on the locked-in interest rate, so we weren't. All in all. Wow. Just avoid at all costs.
