Nothing else at the "Strawberry Festival" had anything to do with Strawberries because there was nothing to it. I wasted my $5 parking to walk around and see vendors, a pathetic petting zoo with 6 animals in a 10x10 area, that should have been free, two sad animals for the horse and pony rides (the horse and pony looked abused and not well taken care either) also in a 10x10 area and children activities that you can do in your backyard. The ambiance was not strawberry or festive, it was sad, overpriced and pathetic. We will never go again

Watermelon, tomatoes, peaches, corn? Check, check, check, check! Also peppers, raspberries, blueberries, and so on, all you'd expect at a produce place. They had speckled limas, which apparently turn blueish purple when cooked. No flavor difference, just an effect. All looked fresh and beautiful! Along the walls were shelves of honeys, preserves, and ciders: peach, raspberry, blueberry, etc. Their peaches were out-of-this-world! Delicious! Unreal golden color, bursting with flavor, high-def peach, right there! Best I had all summer, and in recent memory for many years. Wow! Worth a trip to NJ for that! Tried the ciders too, I think I waited too long to open it and it may have turned. Not for me. I still give them five stars for those peaches, just amazing. Staff was friendly, prices were EXTREMELY reasonable, especially for the quality. Will be back!

I put my basket on the counter and wanted to get one other thing but the woman who was "training another girl" thought my putting the basket on the counter would confuse the girl so NOT asked, but told me rudely to not put my basket on the counter. Well I'm sorry there are to many other places to get cherries for me to be putting up with someone being rude to me, so I put the cherries back and the basket and left. Wont be back if that is the customer service I'm going to be getting.

You can pretty much find anything that you need, right here! This is a great alternative to driving out to Lancaster PA, but the Lancaster experience is definitely better. Everyone is friendly here. The store is literally ALWAYS packed since they are only open Thursday-Saturday. There is plenty of parking, but the lot does fill up fast! Overall, the atmosphere is very nice, just be prepared to be crammed in while browsing. They also have a restaurant to sit and dine in and they do take-out. Recently I was able to get some really nice red skinned Japanese sweet potatoes, for instance. Also has a large nursery for plants and especially trees and shrubs - you can get large sized trees here cheaper than if you go to one of the big stores like Home Depot. Good deals on plants and flowers near the end of each season as well - I just bought home tons of daffodils to plant for next season for just $1/pot with about 15 bulbs in each pot!
