The bread was a little dry, didn't have enough meat and I didn't like that it doesn't come with avocado and jalapeños. However, they included it for us. Now, the quesabirria was really good! It comes with consomé and you have to add the cilantro and onion in there and dip your quesabirria in it! It was great in flavor, cheese and meat! Our server wasn't coming back around, so when the host walked by, he politely asked if she could please get our server. Unfortunately, she seemed to forget and went back to the host stand. A few minutes later, our food arrived, but we still had no water, silverware, or napkins. We waited a couple more minutes until we finally saw our server and had to ask for silverware and napkins so we could actually eat our food. She brought those over along with the water. We were already halfway through our meal when we saw her walking by again and had to remind her about the maduros. She said, "Oh yeah," checked on them, and finally brought them out. The food itself was okay, but the service was extremely inconsistent and inattentive. We shouldn't have to repeatedly track down our server for water, silverware, napkins, an answer about an advertised special, and a side dish we ordered. It started as a food truck near the turnpike to now a beloved staple in the Ocoee area. She's had customers range from Anthony Bourdain, Tiger Woods to Shaquille O'Neal. The ambience feels like abuela in the kitchen making dinner for you. I highly recommend it if you find yourself in Ocoee or Winter Garden area. Bravo!
