The foot-long quesadilla blended tender carne asada, two cheeses, onions, spices and other flavors into a buttery, crispy tortilla. Absolutely delicious! The frijoles were also fantastic- great blend of lime and broth. The service was impeccable. My waitress was knowledgeable of the menu, kind and attentive. I chose a Sprite and ordered the tacos de bistec, and added avocado and cheese at an additional cost. My meal was served promptly and it both looked and tasted great, a bit salty, but I like that.
