Much better experience than I had yesterday at another locksmith. They told me my key was coated with titanium and it would break their key copying machine and they were rude about it. The guy here told me I had an ordinary brass key and had no issues with cutting it. I will be a return customer!

I specifically asked for a price and explained I had 2 doors with door handles & deadbolts so I needed 2 locks with the same key. The nice associate said it was $60 a lock but they really couldn't get me a price until the locksmith came out to look at the work. When they came out they told me it would be $300, I said no way at which point they said how much do you want to pay. Which I explained nothing, this is not a negotiation and that seems shady and the associate said it was $60 a lock he then proceeded to tell me that it is 4 locks instead of a door knob set with handle and deadbolt. He then told me he would call his boss and call me back. When he called me back, he told me he changed them and it would be $280 and I said I did not give you permission to change my locks. He then was told by his boss to put my locks back. Instead he took their new locks off and left my doors without any door knobs and locks and Wide open anyone can come into my home. When I called the manager he told me they have my phone called recorded and they told me it was 4 locks when I listened to the recording I clearly explained the door lock situation and the associate clearly said that a price could not give me price until they see the job. Leaving a home without any door knobs and locks is extremely dangerous.

First, the quoted amount was A LOT less that the actual charge, and second, when the link wasn't working (she called her credit card company to verify funds, so it was definitely not working on the towing company's end), the technician told my daughter that he would follow her to an ATM so she could get cash. A random man, who showed absolutely no credentials, telling a 25 year old girl that he would follow her to the ATM! When she refused this option, the technician threatened to call the police. She was frightened, threatened, and overall terrified of this man, so I sent her the $178 via ApplePay to get her out of there and away from him. Once she made payment via AppyPay, he walked away mumbling obscenities and got in his car and tore out of the parking lot. NO NOT ever use this company, as they are intimidating, rude, threatening, and crooked!!
