Also while waiting for the dye to settle in they gave me a nice soft donut pillow to hold my phone up and offered coffee, green tea or water with a little chocolate cookie snack. It's the little details that really up the quality! Jina did such an amazing job with the cut color and styling--very meticulous and professional--and the girl who washed my hair (I think her name was Iris) was great too. She really got in there with the scalp massage and they give a little eye shield so water doesn't splash into your eyes when the hair is being washed. Great spot!

She was also the one that washed my hair. I voiced my concern about sensitivity and she was like no problem and even informed my hair dresser. She was gentle with washing my hair. Then my hair dresser Winnie, felt like I was talking to my aunt. So sweet and gentle with me. She heard my concerns and gave recommendations. I usually never talk a lot during other hair cutting sessions at other places, but with her, we were chatting away. I showed her a picture as well and she nailed it. I asked for single process color and a bang trim. Ming was my stylist and instantly understood what color I was going for, and showed me some color samples as well. Ming and an assistant worked super efficiently, especially given that I have super thick hair. Shoutout to the woman who washed my hair too, it's not uncommon for me to leave other salons with residual soap/dye because my hair is so thick, but she washed it SO thoroughly and it felt great too! I also have to specifically mention the incredible blowout that Ming did so quickly, I got compliments on my hair later that day! He also trimmed my bangs meticulously.
