I use to be a huge fan. Not so much anymore. The pizza isn't what it use to be although I'm sure they haven't changed the way they make it. Getting ahold of anyone takes forever on the phone. I came here after my movie and it was horrible! First off it wasn't busy and we got sat by a huge party with screaming children. The service was even worse it was obvious that she was overloaded and showed it. She brought our drinks after 15 minutes and took our order. Even though our food came out relatively quickly, food quality was not there. The antipasti salad was just thrown together with a lot of cheese and croutons. We also got some boneless wings in various flavours, but they were mediocre at best. We took the "Yelp advice" and went with the Rondos, skipping the pizza. Friend took me here after I helped him move today. Walking in you could tell this is a local favorite since it was very busy on a wends. evening. We were seated really quick, but our server showed up about 4-5 mins later to ask us what we like to drink. By the time she did come back with our drinks we were ready to order with a few questions. I could tell she must be new to the server thing or just plain didn't know the menu at all. I had asked if there was a side salad with order of another item and she had no clue but did say we do have a smaller salad that is not on the menu. Friend & I both ordered Calzones plus I did order that smaller salad that wasn't on the menu. Well about 25 minutes went by and finally got that salad and then 5 min later our meals came out. The Calzones were to die for, the crust was very light and seasoned well. I had the 3 meat combo and friend did mixture can't remember, they don't look big but they fill you up. I ended up taking most mine home where my husband ate it and enjoyed it a lot. They had remolded recently and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxing, I look forward trying them again next time I head back up to Lawrenceburg. read more

This place could use some additional staffing. It took nearly 20 minutes to get seated and it wasn't even packed! The service beyond that point was great. Created my own pizza and it was delicious! The breadsticks. Amazing. I think I could do without the provolone, as they're just so heavy, but they were pretty delicious! read more

Ordered carry out pepperoni rondo order on 5/29/19. Waited 20 minutes, manager came out, told me order had not been made correctly and was being redone. Gave me coupon for free pizza. Said order would be ready in another 10 minutes. It was. I took it home. Only after getting home did I check it. Rondos were undercooked, had no cheese, and no seasoning. They were horrible. They had not been redone. They were the original order, per the receipt time stamp. The manager lied to my face and gave me inedible food, for which I paid. That is why LaRosa's gets one star. read more

Pizzas were overpriced and overcooked! I ordered two cheeseburger deluxe pizzas and one plain cheese pizza for pick up and was shocked when I was charged over $49. I wish I had looked at the pies before I left the restaurant too because when I got home all three were extremely overcooked. The crust was like week old bread and the toppings were crispy burnt morsels to say the least! Will never patronize LaRosa's again. Little Caesar's $5 Pepperoni Pizza easily surpassed LaRosa's for quality and value. I could have gotten 10 pepperoni pizzas at Little Caesars! Being a pizzeria owner in NJ I know the food costs associated with making pizzas and LaRosa's is a total rip-off! Do yourself a favor and buy a frozen pizza! read more

This is the slowest and worst of all the Lorasa's in the greater Cincinnati area I have been to. I hate to give a bad review but I feel the service is slowly ridiculous! We have been waiting for 40 minutes on a small portion pizza and tuna hoagie. When we had been here for 15 minutes the waitress came back and ask me what kind of crust I wanted on my pizza. Which means they hadnt even started it. I had told her when I ordered what crust I wanted. Help us we are starving! read more

All LaRosa's restaurants have chain store quality food with pizzeria prices. The portions are generally small. This place is no exception. The food I've had here is usually very greasy. Unless you really want a calzone or a good sit-down atmosphere, I'd recommend eating at Snappy Tomato's, at the other end of town, for a third the price. From where it's situated, though, I imagine LaRosa's is there for patrons of the movie theater and people coming in off the highway, rather than anyone primarily local. read more

I love to eat at LaRosa's but my experience here today was very bad. First my sister and I ordered unsweetened ice tea to drink and it tasted like dish water so we sent it back and ordered something else. Then I ordered a individual pan pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni. I got a pan pizza with extra cheese and mushrooms. Mushrooms are the things I will never order on a pizza because I do not like the taste. It took me a few bites to realize what I was eating. I called the waitress over and ask what she wrote down as my order and she wrote it correctly but, as I pointed out to her, that was not what I got. She looked like she didn't know what to do but then reluctantly offered to make me another one. I did not have time to wait so I said never mind. I thought she might take it off my bill, since I told her I didn't want it, but she did not. While I will go back to LaRosa's, I just will never eat at this location again. read more

Took my family from Las Vegas to LaRosas on 12/26 at 5:25pm. We were seated within 10 mins had our drink and food ordered by 5:50 pm. Our waitress came at 6:40 pm saying that they were back up and our pizza's would still be another 20 minutes. Not once did a manager come until I requested them. She stated they were busy with carry out orders. I asked why we were not informed until after we sat for an hour of what our delay would be and she said because they were busy. I understand businesses being busy but a simple explanation at the beginning would have given us the option if we wanted to want 2 hours for pizza.......which was cutting into our time at Perfect North. Not a good experience!!!!! Won't be going back there!!!!! read more

I was disappointed with my last visit to LaRosa's. Service was so slow, we sat there for over 15 minutes without being served, so we left. The restaurant was not crowded, so I did not understand this lack of attention to service. read more

Has the lasagna and the chk Alfredo, both were pretty good! The bartender, on Wednesday Night was pretty aloof and lousy. No personality whatsoever. I asked what she preferred; and she said "all the entrees are amazing."...yeah of course they are. Laid back crowd at the bar. Pretty good prices. read more

Two weeks prior to our visit we came in larosas to put a reservation in for the party area. We were told that they typically don't book the party room on saturdays. We were fine with this and we're perfectly okay going somewhere else. The gentleman out front said he checked with his manager and she said it was okay if we reserved it on that particular day because the time we wanted wasn't too busy. On the way to larosas the day of the party we received a text confirming our reservation. We get to larosas and the party room had been given to someone else. We waited patiently for awhile and then the hostess started seating more people in the party room that had arrived after us. At this point the man said he would go ahead and put our pizza order in so once we got back there we wouldn't have to wait long. Once we got seated we only got part of the party room due to others still being sat there. They only had one waitress for our party of thirty and see was having a hard time doing it all on her own. When our bill was brought out there was a charge for the pizza being ordered early. This service was offered to us and not once was a charge mentioned. We were there at the time of our reservation, so if they would have been prepared for us there wouldn't have been a charge anyway. The manager came out to "help us with our concern." After being rude to us the entire conversation she continued to blame us for their mistake. Claiming that we should have known the room wasn't guaranteed. I have never be talked down to and received such terrible customer service from a general manager in my life. Safe to say we won't be back and we spent quite a bit of money there that day. So thanks larosas for ruining my nine year old nieces birthday party. read more
