I missed a payment for only TWO WEEKS and my insurance got canceled. I never received a phone call,…read moreemail, text or mail notifying me of not only my payment being due, NOR it being canceled. And on top of it, they tried telling me I had many points on my record which is impossible considering I have been in one wreck which I did a class to remove the points for that. No other incidents. Yet my insurance for LIABILITY was $140 and then they had the audacity to cancel after two weeks of non payment, which only happened because my husband almost died and due to not receiving any form Of notification of the due payment, i had forgotten. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone. Btw the company they connected me with was SEAHARBOR INSURANCE. DO NOT USE THEM!!
