Milt and his crew found some time to not only diagnose the problem (two rubbng hoses put a hole in one), but to repair the problem. Same day! Changing this oil is also cited on Facebook and other sites as a short term fix for the grind and shudder that manifests the damaged unit. "Known issues with the 2020 Ford Escape rear differential/AWD system primarily involve clutch binding, fluid leaks, sensor failures, and inadequate factory lubrication that can cause the rear axle to seize. Many of these drivetrain problems trigger dashboard alerts or require expensive mechanical repairs".

And, they will fight you tooth and nail to avoid accepting responsibility for their dishonesty. If you insist on doing business with them, take the car to a mechanic first and get an HONEST report of the vehicle's condition.
