I must say I got more service than I bargained. It's taken me a few weeks to heal but I feel about 85% better since the massage and the stretching routine she recommended. Debbie was nice and soft but that wasn't I was expecting in the massage. Very soft. The massage is not that cheap. It's $109 for an hour. Though I keep getting text messages of confirmation of my booking but they never mentioned that my therapist is not available today else I could have rescheduled for tomorrow. I spoke to a person at the front desk who seems not bothered by whatever you say he was just there to making bookings. On top of that I gave a tip in cash for the therapist. She before the therapy did not have enough energy to get out of bed let alone out of the house, it was a huge challenge before to get her up and out of bed. She now has the energy to get up and out of bed every day, to go to hbot therapy, and to do other things like going to see her friends, going to the movies, the beach, out to eat, going for a stroll around the neighborhood, going to museums and the market to pick out groceries, as well as going to the farm to see the animals which she loves, she also has been able to go from being able to walk 20-30 feet or so to being able up walk 6-700 feet all at once with continuous improvement, as well as being able to move her right hand and arm which was previously paralyzed before therapy, the hyperbaric oxygen therapy in combination with the red light therapy truly has been a blessing, and had given her the hope and capability of making a full recovery, giving her the tools she needs to claw her way out of her wheel chair and back to independence. Also the staff and owner are genuinely, truly kind and warm hearted people, the therapy center is also very clean always smells good and has a very homey atmosphere, making treatment very comfortable. Also to add mom has aphasia which has improved since therapy her vocabulary has become more expressive, and capable being able to say more words and more complex words, talking in complete senteces something she was not able to do before and hold a conversation at times which she could never do before, her cognition and motor skills combined have had a radical shift in ability since she started therapy and has only been improving with each session.

We've been here dozens of times and have always been satisfied - and ALWAYS tipped 20%. This was the first time I ever tipped anything lower, and it was 17% - which is pretty generous considering I should have tipped nothing. The masseuse had a cold and was breathing heavily right by my ear and sniveling the whole time. It was so gross, that halfway through when both masseuses left the room (for a rather long time - which happened multiple times) I asked my husband if we could just leave. We stayed and I regret doing so. The masseuse had such a terrible technique, it was like he was chopping vegetables as fast as possible on my back. He didn't listen to the focus areas I wanted, and I was just so uncomfortable and skeeved out by him. Instead of the lady at the front desk asking if anything was wrong with the massage, she was visibly annoyed that we only gave a 17% tip, and gave me the dirtiest look. What poor customer service. If she had bothered asking and apologized for the experience, I wouldn't have written this and would have considered going back. But I guess they'd rather have no business at all from us. That's fine. Side note for anyone in the couple's room - I've always been suspicious that in the corner of the room where the ceiling meets the walls, there is a sizable hole. I try to turn away from it because I've always wondered if there is some kind of recording device up there. Why would you have a hole in that specific spot of the ceiling?
