Several weeks ago, we took in our 4Runner for repairs to the passenger-side rear end, including the trail light housing and mechanism. Mike was our representative and has 34 years experience in this business, and it shows. His diagnostic skills are extraordinary. After surveying the damage and preparing an estimate, he spent time explaining the visible and potentially hidden repairs required. When we accepted the estimate, he told us he would order the parts and that we could bring in the vehicle the following week, once the parts arrived. The parts came in a day early, he called us, and we took the vehicle in. When he advised us of hidden damage that would entail another several hundred dollars, we accepted. Two days later, he called and told us the job was finished. We picked it up the following day, pleased with the work and the quick turnaround time. Raw 4Runner's read end looks new. This morning, I took in my Acura MDX because the protective rubber composite and splash guard around the wheel well on the passenger side had somehow been jarred loose. Mike inspected it and took it back to the shop for further review. Twenty minutes later, he informed me that it had been repaired. When I asked what I owed him, he waved it off. I read the other reviews and was surprised at claims that the staff were rude and unhelpful and the service terrible, exactly the opposite of what we experienced both times. What a strange place. The whole vibe of the office is just, off. I went in for an estimate and ultimately ended up cancelling my appointment to have my car fixed there. Almost everyone in there seemed to be acting "busy". There was a person I can only assume was the manager walking around eating candy, talking on his cell phone selling real estate, and instructing an employee to write up another employee right in front of customers. I have a 2021 350 Ford Tremor that had frontend damage from a deer confrontation. They told me it would only take two weeks.... Six weeks later and the only communication I received was when I Uber'd in to see what was taking so long. When their "Technician" showed up for work I finally got my truck back.... The first thing I noticed was the sanding dust all over inside but upon further examination I found what looks like some kind of dried-up fluid all over my rear leather seats. It seems they used the back seat to store parts in for the six weeks. Total disregard of my immaculate interior that I have been proud of for almost three years. Having to release your vehicle and deal with insurance to any capacity can be stressful and she made everything so much easier and definitely eased the stress and frustration that would arise. Took our car to Larry H Miller Collision in Murray Utah after a minor accident and they kept the car for SEVEN weeks!!! Twice I called and talked to a person named Brett regarding the car. He was extremely rude and after seven weeks I begged him to tell me what I needed to do to get our car back. He laughed at me and told me to hire my own labor. I had dropped in for repair quote on Friday and the gal at the desk said I need an appointment, which was frustrating because they had plenty of staff sitting at their desks. I made an appointment for the following Tuesday and when arrived at my appointment and walked in the door, I walked right in the middle of a "staff" or production meeting and I had to wait 20-30 minutes for them finish and have look at simple door hinge repair. Finally someone came up and asked to helped and looked at my car and I was already frustrated with the amount of time I had spent at this body shop so I asked the representative to email me the bid. After waiting a WEEK, I called and asked to speak to management to try and determine the status of my repair claim. Never really got the explanation I needed and took my car somewhere else. read more

The customer service was excellent and the quality of the work very good. I only checked 3 places, but the price was acceptable and they offer the life time warranty on the repair. Ask for Anthony, he was great during the estimate, no pressure and willing to work on some of the costs. But the most important was the way we work with me to plan and execute the fix, in order to reduce the amount of time I was going to be without the car. This place is a joke! Don't ever take your vehicle here! I brought them a simple insurance claim this spring it took them two months to complete. The work was poor and the garbage parts they used failed 3 times. I had to take my vehicle elsewhere to resolve the issue. I will never bring Larry Miller another dime. read more

Really happy with the service here and my consultant, Brady Crockett. Someone backed into my Camaro which damaged the fender and bumper and needed to be replaced. The insurance company did not want to purchase OEM parts for me. Because Larry H Miller Collision center works closely with Chevy, they are able to get the OEM parts and price matched it to what the insurance company would pay. Brady kept in contact with me at all times and answered emails within minutes. My Camaro looks as new as when I bought it. Thanks! read more

This was the WORST experience I have ever had!! I thought I would be getting great service like I did at the dealership, that was not the case. I should have known when I dropped my car off. When I dropped it off there was only 1 person working on a Saturday morning and there were already 6 people waiting in the waiting room and 2 more behind me. I know that there can be some delays with insurance companies throughout the process, however what happened to customer service. My car was there for over a month. The repairs I needed were not extensive, it only needed 2 doors replaced, no body work no engine work etc. I had to turn in my rental car since I was out of coverage from my insurance at a month and had to coordinate rides until they were finished. I was also told when I would arrive the car would be washed and ready to go waiting for me. I gave them 3 days notice of when I was picking it up. I showed up and it was still covered in snow. I would NOT recommend this collision center for any work that you need on your car. read more

I would not recommend Larry H Miller Collision center to anyone. With me they was very unprofessional! I was in a accident that was the other parties fault that scratched up my bumper and left it slightly out of alignment. Should have been a very easy fix. A few days tops. Dropped my car of on a Monday evening because of my work schedule. And the other parties insurance adjuster gave them a generous 4 days to get it fixed. We was trying to keep the rental car rates at only one week. They didn't even start on my car until Thursday. So Friday was out of the question of getting mine back. So that left them in the position of doing a rush job. And that made the others insurance company very un-happy because they was paying more than was agreed upon. But I will say AAA insurance did treat me very professional and worked well with me the entire time to help me to get my car back, even knowing they was paying more than they should. They was very professional. So I was told to call on Tuesday to see what time of the day my car would be done. So as instructed I called on Tuesday to see the status of my car and I was told it wasn't finished and wouldn't be finished, and plan on mid day Wednesday. That put me into a bind because the other parties insurance adjuster told the body shop that they would not pay for any days past Tuesday. That they was not paying another dime for any excuses the body shop had for it not to be finished. So I'm calling the car rental company trying to explain my situation and why I won't have there rental back that day as planned and to please not charge my card and gave them the reasons behind it. So I'm casually sitting at home Tuesday night getting dinner ready for my 4 year old daughter since the both of us get up at very early and have to be ready for her to be at pre-school by 5:00am and me to work by 5:30am in the morning. And I receive a phone call at 5:30 pm telling me that my car is finished and I can come pick it up. So I ask the person who was dealing with my claim why they couldn't have said something earlier when I called them that there might be a possibility that it might be done today so I could have been prepared. And he started to claim he did tell me. And I began to tell him how in the world could he have told me when I've never spoke to him before today in my life. I politely explained to him I've never talked to you, that every time I called you either you wasn't there or you sent a message to me through your receptionist. So that left me in the position to stop everything and rush. To take the rental and fill it with gas, and fight rush hour traffic to get there within the half hour so my card wouldn't be charged for another day on the rental. Since AAA was not going to pay for another day on the rental car. I make it there just as they are closing. I didn't even have time to properly look over the car. I just had to sign the papers and go. As he was more worried about going home than making sure I was good. The only question I had the chance to ask was should I contact the car rental agency or do they? Which he told me no he would call them and let them know it was there and they could pick it up tomorrow. And he was gone before I even had a chance to get my child's car seat into the car. Because as we was getting ready to leave I was in such a rush I forgot my phone charger in the car, and at 6:07 the place was empty and closed and I was forced to leave it behind because like I said he didn't care if I was all good to go. He just wanted to go home himself. That shows no care for your customers. So Friday afternoon I get a call from the rental company asking me what is going on with the rental car, and when I will be returning it. That is should have been returned on Tuesday before midnight, and they hadn't heard anything. I explained to them the lack of professionalism on the part of the collision shop, and told them the name of the man who told me he would let them know it was there. And luckily they was understanding, and didn't charge me! At least not yet! Looking back on it as much unprofessionalism I dealt with this body shop I should have known to call the car rental agency myself. And the worst part was once I got my car home and started giving it a good look over I noticed a new dent on the drivers side door that happened while the body shop was repairing a dent. And since my car was dent free other than the bumper that was being repaired I have no proof to show that it was done by them. So I find it pointless to even try to get them to admit that they caused the dent and fix it. So I figure a bad review would have to do for the entire unprofessionalism of this body shop. And to worn others not to deal with them. It's not worth it. Find a better body shop. There is no professionalism at this shop! Stay away. read more

My car went into the shop in September and it came out in November. The first time I picked it up all the new paint was scratched and Louis said he didn't notice and that he didn't know how it happened, yet he didn't address it while standing in front of it ready to check out my car. I had to take the car back to correct the job. By then it was 8 weeks in. The second time I picked it up, the hooks inside were out of place/missing. Louis said it probably happened while at another shop working on electric issues. No one would take responsibility or replace them. Louis said he'd order and mail the parts to me so I can put them back on. It's April and still I haven't received them. He was kind at first but not after I was frustrated with the poor service. He ignored my last text where I asked him to mail them. I am always tempted to let my neighbor G. Miller know of the service there but I'm sure she has no idea how customer service is at her shops. I'm sure they receive insurance payment in full but I did not receive full service. Disappointing. read more
