What went well? 1. I like the NO-UP-FRONT-FEE! 2. I like that they're emotionally available immediately 3. They are claim specialists, not attorneys. They will do all the leg work on your case = that's what they will get paid for at the end! 4. They almost play as your therapist as well if you get a cool claims specialist which I did! He (Chris) answered all my questions and always was available! 5. The whole process took from 4/2024-2/2025, as of today I've received my 2nd letter about my 2nd settlement amount because I got 2 payouts so far on my car accident! (6.) Since I was driving for LYFT at the time of the accident, Lyft covered my property damage with the other parties insurance & Lyfts insurance. So they were able to get me a $27,500 check & that went directly to paying off the car I had in the accident which was a $39k car. So what a SURPRISE! I didn't have to pay for the remainder of the car note. (7.) Then I was able get my claims adjuster to go after the physical insurance, medical part and also get a check which is around $15k, now out of that $15K, they will deduct their hard work, which they are owed! I don't mind! (8.) As long as I got out of that car note, and came out the accident alive, & I'm able to get $6k-$7k, or $10K back from that $15K, I'd be satisfied with their work!! I was in a very bad car accident and all I got was chump change from Larry H Parker. My advice to you all is that if you have medical insurance is to get referrals from them to go to a chiropractor and scans from them and try to to negotiate with the insurance company of the individual that hit you. Cause if you settle with the car insurance the way I look at it even if they just settle with you for 15k those 15k are yours. Now with Larry h Parker all they do is give you broken promises and take your money away from you & even though your settlement is 25k they take 40% from that and then deduct the chiropractor fees and scan fees from the amount that your supposed to get and walk away with 6k which is absurd to me. Despite a favorable resolution being reached and a settlement amount agreed on but not signed, my attorney has failed to communicate or facilitate the receipt of my settlement. They notified me in April 2024 that they had until 15 May 2024 (statute of limitations) to get everything finalized or there would be no case anymore. They finalized everything on Husband's part, but have not finalize anything on my part. I have placed multiple calls left multiple voicemails and nobody will ever return my calls. Nobody will ever call me and update me on this claim. Nobody will ever reach out to me unless they need something. I have called multiple times to get updates the last one on 10 May 2024, and I was told that I would be getting a phone call that day and it never happened. I went to their office on May 2024 because their website says that they are open on Saturdays and they are not. 17may24 still no update... I would not use this law firm. I got into an auto accident in October of 2020. My case was cut and dry. I got side swiped on the I-215 north freeway with the accident caught on video from my dash cam. Larry H. Parker left me on the shelf for over an year. I received a call from one of their attorneys stating the other insurance company won't budge and we are taking this matter to court. A month later I received a dismissal letter and my case was being referred out to another law firm and good luck! I got this letter out of no where. Initially I was set up with Nelva who was very helpful and attentive but I got switched to Deena who was incompetent and very unhelpful to say the least. She never contacted me to keep me updated about my case. They sent me to a chiropractor office where the equipment was very run down and the nurses in the front gossiped for the whole office to hear. Very unprofessional. My accident happened Sept 3 and I have been getting the run around from Deena since. She never gave me any details about my case unless I reached out to her. LARRY H PARKER DID NOT FIGHT FOR ME!!!!! I'm not going to lie the staff and Tanya Martinez were always helpful and never rude. I just feel they did not put their all to help us. My husband was in a car accident after the other party ran the red light and hit him. There were no witnesses and no police report was made bc the injuries were not life threatening. He suffered a brake to his left wrist and severe back pain, his car was totaled and the other vehicle sustained minor damage. We found my husband had a brake after going to Kaiser ER and that's when we decided to pursuit a case with Larry H Parker. They sounded ready and willing to help. After almost 2 months of treatment for for my husbands back and getting the run around for an ortho for my husbands broken wrist they dropped our case bc the other party's insurance denied the claim. I hired Larry H Parker for an auto accident where I was rear ended and the other person admitted fault. Police report also read their fault. I figured it was clear cut case. After 6 months they sold my case to another attorney office and 5 years later I received a very small settlement. Hi, I am giving this review to the Law offices of Larry H. Parker. I am not a Big fan of Lawyers but I had a very unfortunate incident that required Legal help. So here I go. I was rear-ended at a Red light completely stopped waiting for the light to change green to proceed on my way to work. Without a sound, screech or warning I was hit from behind. At this moment ( about 7-10 seconds of all kinds of thoughts and Fears crossing my mind ) I found myself almost on the top of this car. My motorcycle ( a brand new Harley Davidson ) was shot into the intersection. As the obviously not paying attention to what is in front of him driver ( wouldn't doubt he was texting because he didn't seem intoxicated ) came to a stop, I rolled of his car into the intersection hitting the ground and finally realizing what I thought was a close to death experience. In shock!! After going to the hospital and being checked out I got home and I felt soo helpless not knowing what to do. I have a impeccable driving record. I researched for Legal help. I called 3 Legal offices for advice, Larry H. Parker was the first to return my call after leaving all 3 messages of what happened. I have State Farm Insurance for years and they are I think the top 3 Insurance carriers you can have if not #1. I received a call from Larry H.
