I contacted Jim's office and spoke with his wonderful wife, Becky. She immediately got us a fair quote and an estimated timetable. Jim diligently did his research and was able to stakeout boundary lines and corners around our property. By the end of the survey, we ended up with significantly more property than originally thought; some of which was being encroached upon. A map was provided to us, and upon request, Jim speedily made a map for us on Mylar paper as well.
