When I provided written instructions to update my payment details on 4/10, she disregarded them. Worse, she only contacted me on the morning of 4/15--after she had already scheduled an unauthorized $1,250 withdrawal from my old account. Because of her negligence, I am now burdened with the arduous process of recovering these funds from the FTB myself. Between the total breakdown in communication and this financial fallout, I no longer trust her with my affairs. Look elsewhere if you value basic accountability.

She then said to my husband that she corrected it and sent the transmission but idk how. We never did Docusign on corrected documents. She claimed she had family emergency only after picking up the phone for my friend who recommended us and my husband. Because she didn't recognize phone numbers. I was nice, patient for over a month. No response to any of my messages. I even went to her office and it was locked down tight. I would imagine tax season is over for her and she just leaves loose ends. All I need is my documents and a call or a text. Until today, still no word. I only know she submitted it because I checked irs website. I have zero corrected packet and who knows if I'll ever hear from her again. I'm very dissatisfied and will not be using this tax preparer ever again. I suggest you learn from my experience and go with someone reliable and knows how to run their business. Stella, your work is disappointing.
