It looked like a shopping cart or something ran into it at full speed. He worked for 30 mins on this dent and got it as close to new as possible. It was a tough one right on a crease but can't see it now. He also cleaned up a small one on my rear wheel panel in a few more minutes. Excellent work and saves time at the body shop and an expensive bill, even if insurance covered a majority.
