He unbolted the fan and found it packed with pink house insulation from my moms garage walls . He blew it out and reinstalled. Ran the car and cleaned it a few more times. We waited for a new air filter and Tony put it back together. The A/C works perfectly now. We live up near Cedar mountain so this garage is fairly close compared to going all the way to town. He was quite disrespectful to our son (a relatively new car owner and driver) and I was treated with a "flip" and arrogant attitude when I questioned him about the vehicle. Not a good experience all around. Not sure how to rate the mechanics and their ability to work on cars and trucks, but we were able to find a very nice group of guys in a competing shop to handle our car issues. We would not recommend this business as a friendly and inviting establishment. Auto repair shops that treat their customers like this usually fail quickly. Told her what my problem was and she asked one of the mechanics (Tony) if he would go see what the problem was and if we would need to tow the car. Tony was able to get the car to start and I was able to drive it to the shop instead of getting it towed. Once at the shop, he discovered that Jiffy Lube had put my air filter in upside down and backward which was causing the air flow sensor to malfunction. They had the car for about 2 hours and we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation. They were great. They were very busy but took time to take care of my problem.
