Carz was $400 more expensive than jzm for the exact same tires on the same car. The price difference was unbelievable. A few months later, I had some lights on on my dash on my Prius. I had the red triangle of death and the check engine light. Since it seemed like it could be serious I had two different repair businesses do diagnostics. After the diagnostics JZM's price quote was $300 less than the other business I tried. I'm glad these guys are right down the road from me.

Told her what my problem was and she asked one of the mechanics (Tony) if he would go see what the problem was and if we would need to tow the car. Tony was able to get the car to start and I was able to drive it to the shop instead of getting it towed. Once at the shop, he discovered that Jiffy Lube had put my air filter in upside down and backward which was causing the air flow sensor to malfunction. They had the car for about 2 hours and we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation. They were great. They were very busy but took time to take care of my problem. This was near closing time. They said yes, and told her the car checked out fine and their mechanic even took it for a drive to make sure. By now it is past closing time. I was also reassured that my tires were fine but air pressure was off. They topped off all my tires and told me to bring it back in if the light didn't go off. I've got to tell you, I'm angry with myself for even getting gas here. The first experience for had…read morehere I was getting a propane refill. The main guy acted like it was a major inconvenience. Perhaps it was just a bad day. I went back a few months later just to get gas. Just paying for my gas seemed to put him out. I decided I'd never be back. But, I'm a slow learner. I needed a car inspected, and he was majorly put out. I arrived early in the morning, and he told me there was no way he could do it anytime soon. I said "ok, no problem. Anyway of telling me about how long it would be?". He said "a while". I say "ok, how long is a while"? He then states he doesn't know, maybe like at 3:00 (six hours later). He was very dismissive. I'll spend my money elsewhere, you jerk. I drive two doors down to JZM tire, and when I walk in I'm greeted by the woman behind the counter and the man next to her (co owners, I guess) with a welcoming smile, and they ask what I need. I ask them for an inspection, and they do it immediately. And they were busy. Save your dignity and time, go somewhere else then Etowah Exxon.
