We were not disappointed- Mike, Mark and the team ran a detailed diagnostic of the problem, talked us through the necessary repairs - new spark plugs and coils- and got to work on it immediately. They were accommodating to our large family, let us get things out of the RV, so we could spend time at the zoo while we waited, and had us back on the road 4-5 hours later. Remember, this shop had done all scheduled maintenance, including oil changes for 9 years (and put new tires on less than 4 years ago). I did not live in Topeka and drove 2 hours to purchase the car. When I arrived, they stuck me with an additional $2,000 "Noller Advantage" program. This program included a Collision Deductible Payment warranty program - which I didn't want. However, I did end up having an insurance claim where the Deductible Payment program would pay off. But, when I went to get re-imbursement for my Deductible Payment - Noller REFUSED TO PAY!!!! I have spent many hours on hold with them and have continually been blown off. Don't buy from these crooks!!
