The chef insists on good quality meat and has been dealing with a shortage from their distributor. The chef refuses to settle by getting his meat elsewhere. My party ordered the pull pork sandwich, pulled chicken sandwich, and 3 rib combo with double order of cole slaw. Everyone absolutely enjoyed what they ordered.
