The chef insists on good quality meat and has been dealing with a shortage from their distributor. The chef refuses to settle by getting his meat elsewhere. My party ordered the pull pork sandwich, pulled chicken sandwich, and 3 rib combo with double order of cole slaw. Everyone absolutely enjoyed what they ordered. The meat was well seasoned and the barbecue sauce enhanced the flavor. The ribs were thick, tender and tasty. I'm glad we took a chance eating here.
