Otherwise, they were discreet while ensuring that everything was available. With all that, I haven't mentioned the food. The food was incredible. We're a gluten free household, and they were able to accommodate that. In addition, my other son has additional sensitivities and was able to have questions immediately answered by the staff. There was plenty of food, and several guests returned for more. We had the beef roast and the chicken with scalloped potatoes and salad.
