I found them to be professional, personable, and knowledgeable. One body shop would charge a couple hundred less but they would only paint the hood. They would not blend the paint into the fender. Another body shop's labor charges were above the market for this area. Additionally, although it was a well-known auto dealership's body shop, the gentleman speaking to me was extremely unprofessional. When I asked how they get such a large dent out, I was met with a defensive response. I was simply making conversation and I was curious. The employee completely lacked communication skills. I know I made the right decision in choosing Class Action. When I saw my finished car, I was elated. It actually looked better than before the rock hit it. What an outstanding job!
